Hotaru yawned, covering her mouth as she walked into the coffee shop, after a long night of working at the club and running her first major party. Hotaru really needed a cup of Coffee. She walked in and ordered a cup and loaded it with lots of cream and suger.

His new job sucked. That was the only thought running through his head as he shivered. He pulled his jacket up closer around his face for some warmth as a breeze blew passed in the winter air. He finally saw the little building he was going to and praised the warmth when he entered. Gods... it was much too early for this.. Even the sun was being lazy this morning.. why couldn't he be?

When he entered the little shop a faint smell of coffee instantly entered his nose. He smiled and took in a deep breath, letting the aroma fill his lungs. He looked at the cashier and pulled a few crumpled up 20s from his pocket... and proceeded to order everything on the menu. The girl gave him a confused look and he just sighed, "It's... for a lot of people." He lied. He figured it would be easier to push off than to tell her that his new boss was from a different world and didn't know what a cappichino was... which is why she insisted on trying out every. single. one.

It was easy to see Jin jump a little when he herd the voice. He frowned to himself but it quickly cleared when he turned to face the woman. "Long day..." He decided to be as vague as possible in hopes he wouldn't have to answer more questions. At least he was telling the truth this time, or what he believed would be the truth, he was certain his new employer was a bit of a perfectionist... Well, at least it would be good money.


Hotaru smiled and said "Long day huh, guess you'll be to tired tonight to stop by my club" she winked in a flirty fashion, trying to cheer up this very glum fellow..


He stiffened considerably, but smiled at her. "Actually.... that sounds right up my employer's alley. I'll have a talk with them and see if they'd like to go. Do you have a business card?" It sounded like more work than he wanted to do on his first day, but it was what they had hired him for... if nothing else perhaps it would win him brownie points for being so quick about finding them a place to check out.

Hotaru smiled brightly and pulled out a brightly card with rainbow text, that read "Firefly Nightclub"

He clutched the offered card, reading it. He gave her a swift smile. "I'll talk to them tonight. Though I will warn.... my employers are rather....eccentric.. And one in particular loves attention... Trust me.. make him feel welcomed and he'll spend lavishly." He gave her a knowing grin.

Hotaru smiled "I'm sure your employer will have fun, great music, dancing, friendly bartenders"

He guessed the girl didn't understand, so he tried to insinuate strongly, "They are nobility from another world. They've hired me to teach them about this world and to show them the locale. " He offered her a hand, my name is Jin."

Hotaru titled her head and asked "Huh what other world is there?" and then she said "I'm Hotaru"

He shrugged, placing his hands in his pocket, "I'll be honest, that's probably something you should ask them. I was only hired yesterday. Some sort of planet ruled by magic... the girl wasn't particularly chatty like the guy."

Hotaru titled her head and said "Magic like in anime? and books?" Hotaru was curious now "Well I don't bar anyone from my club so bring them by and we'll see how it goes"

"Different.. I think. Or really, I dunno.. since anime covers a wide range. The girl is... kind of creepy though. I think she's a witch or something.. she seems to brood over books and things. The guy... He'd rather drink wine and flirt." Waves a hand in the air nonchalantly.

Hotaru laughed and said "Sounds like a witch and a vampire, I would certainly be intrested to meet them"
