Bio: From what Victoria has told, she had quite the simple childhood. She grew up in England, raised mostly by a nanny since her parents were too busy for a child, but she was provided with all the essentials to succeed. She was tutored in almost every subject and excelled greatly in science. She was allegedly educated at Oxford and then, after graduating, left England to travel. She apparently has a passion for teaching, but seems to be more interested in the people she meets than actually teaching students. Though, not to be taken lightly, Victoria is an excellent teacher.
