Ingwe fled from his chasers, wondering why he had listened to Serri. They'd met like this.. he'd been dragged into the other boys pace and almost gotten charged with theft... So why, just why, had he gone along and allowed himself to agree to this inane idea? Oh wait, it's cause it sounded fun; Ingwe thought bitterly as he turned a corner and scampered up the side of a garden wall

Oh wait, it's cause it sounded fun; Ingwe thought bitterly as he turned a corner and scampered up the side of a garden wall I promise, great wind spirit, to behave and not follow Serri's bad influence anymore! Promise! Just let me escape! He prayed feverishly as he heard the voices and foot falls of his pursuers approach.
Landing on the other side he spotted a girl. Drat drat drat! He thought before grabbing her and pulling her through the open door into the house, his hand over her mouth. She coul yell and give him away! He did not want to be caught... even if he didn't have any of the stolen goods on him, they knew he was with Serri!
"Don't yell please!" He whispered. "I'm not suspicious! Well... I am but ... I don't mean harm!"
He shut up as he heard the angry voices.
"Split up! Some follow the alley, someone check the garden and house!"
