Personality: Inquisitive: Araie is always curious and wants to know the answer to everything. Her curiosity often gets the best of her and she’ll go off to explore something she shouldn’t or she’ll go bother something she really shouldn’t. Despite all the trouble her curiosity has gotten her in, she refuses to stop trying to figure out the world around her. She wants to know everything she possibly can.
Determined: When Araie decides she wants something, there are very few things that can stop her. This can either work for or against her. While she’s not one to give up when things get tough and is always working to see things through to the end, it also means she doesn’t always know when she should back down.
Impatient: Araie believes in living in the now. If she wants to do something, why wait for tomorrow when she could be doing it right now? She tends to act before thinking and hates waiting. She can be convinced of the virtue of waiting and being patient, but she won’t be happy with it.

Description: Build: Araie has a light, lean build. She has decent muscle tone from all of her time exploring and doesn’t have many curves. The words most often used to describe her are petite and elegant.

Accessories: Araie never goes anywhere without a small rune that her brother gave her. It’s her good luck charm and she always keeps it on her person.
History: Araie is the youngest of two children and the only daughter. Her and her brother grew up extremely close and, due mostly to Araie’s inquisitive personality, were always off out and exploring Zena. Her impatience often got them caught out in storms and other dangerous situations, but both of them loved the adventure.
On one particular adventure, Araie and her brother got separated. While he was able to find from the storm that hit, she was stuck out in the cold. Completely lost and unable to do anything to defend herself, Araie desperately searched for a way out of the storm. Eventually, the storm became too much for her and she collapsed in the snow, falling unconscious.
When she awoke, Araie discovered she had been found by a wondering Wind nomad who had taken her in and given her shelter from the storm. While the storm raged on several more days, Araie spent several days with the Casati and they became fast friends. Araie became fascinated with the idea of her nomadic lifestyle considering it was exactly the type of thing she wanted. When the storm finally died down, Araie returned to her people with her new friend and told her parents her plan for going out and adventuring and exploring the world.
Her parents, while hesitant to let go of their only daughter, eventually relented and gave her their permission. Her brother gave Araie a small rock with a symbol etched on to it, telling her it was a good luck charm and that he wanted her to have it. Now, with Casati at her side, Araie is out in the world and exploring all that Tendaji has to offer.
