Question: Can the graphs in the Marketplace be altered to either include all the zeros for items in the billions+, preferably with commas, or have the segments labeled like 1mil-10mil-20mil, 100bil-150bil-200bil? I have a lot of trouble making out how much the fancier items have cost over time because sometimes prices are cut off. Answer: We'll look at doing something a bit better for the display. We know the number presentation is not ideal.

Question: You know in fishing we win trophies but only regular human avatars can wear them. Some fishers are animal bases and they cant equip these trophies. Will you be making trophies for paws/animal bases? Answer: Unfortunately no plans at this time, but thank you for the feedback!

Question: My question is farely vague, sorry ahead of time. Are there any events coming up that the staff is excited about? Answer: There are several events currently in the works, but we are looking forward to our Gaiaversary next month

Question: I raised this before Christmas. There was an issue with the inventory arranger. I've not seen an announcement or anything, stating it will be fixed. Although I did see one saying the fix will be delayed. Is this resolved yet? If not, when will it be resolved? My inventory is getting larger, yet I can't sort anything yet. Answer: The lead for this was out of town, now that they are back, they will be addressing some of the inventory issues that have come up since the holidays. Expect some updates via staff notice in a weeks time.

Question: Are you handing out the Loyalty Crown again this year with access to Loyal’s and if so, is the name adjusted and the colour perhaps a bit different to separate it from the 2014 crown? Also, any chance that there’s an [Animal] version this year? Answer: We are looking into having a Loyal's update for the New Year, keep your eyes peeled for updates in the coming weeks =)

Question: Might there be another batch of charm bundles added to shop (maybe bifrost/bargain?) for go fusion? Answer: We can definitely put some GoFusion charm bundles back into stores!

Just thinking for my most lazy ways to communicate with my gaiaonline friends, then walking to the computer Answer: We are currently working on a new messenger and we are keeping mobile in mind with it's design. It may not go out at the same time as the web version but at least we won't have to reinvent the wheel on it's infrastructure for mobile.

Question :In recent weeks there has been an increase in viruses and other malware attached to ads aroud Gaia...are you aware/ working to fix this? Answer: We know that there are some ads, particularly with Safari, that have been causing issues and we're looking into getting rid of those. This is actually something that a lot of other big websites are also having issues with. We are working with our third-parties to take care of this. Once we have an update we'll be informing the community.
Question: [Animal]s (desperately) need headbands and other accessories (necklaces, belts, mittens/gloves, bracelets, little collars, etc.. - all those finishing touches to complete an outfit kind of things). Is there any chance we might see this in the near-ish future? Answer: We are continuing to work on making more items for paws. Unfortunately, artists are not robots and we cannot work around the clock! Human avatars have had 10+ years to collect its vast item inventory, and naturally will have more access to items than paw bases do. Please be patient, and rest assured the request for more paw accessories has definitely been seen.
Shops
Question: Can we have a gold shop JUST for Paws items? :3 It could even be run by a cute little animal NPC ~ The first stock in it could easily be a redirction of existing gold shop items for Paws into it, much like Junk in the Trunk ended up being the place some older stuff was redirected into Unless there's already a shop for Paws and I missed it, which IS possible xD Answer: That's a great idea, but unfortunately we don't have any plans for a Paws only shop at this time. =(

Question: What are all of the rules and limits on naked avatars now? I know the rules changed to allow toplessness, but how naked is too naked? What is considered sexual? What is considered too explicit? Answer: We do allow for naked avatars now. However, we do not allow avatars to put themselves in obviously explicit poses. Explicit poses would be defined as any pose where there is something obviously going on of a sexual nature. Anything you would see in a porn film, for example. A good rule of thumb is, if you have to question whether or not your avatar is too explicit, it more than likely is.

Question: What are the current rough timeframes dealing with hacking tickets? Answer: We've been looking at less than a week. If you have an outstanding case go ahead and contact any admin or mod, we'll be able to check the status and ensure it gets taken care of.

Question: Will we ever get an update for Jigsaw? Ahile back, codemonkey said he was working on a new one. If not that, then can we get new puzzles in the current version of the game? It seemed like you were going to pay attention to that game when you had the contest a few years back but nothing ever came of it. Answer: We can follow up with Codemonkey and see what happened. I think there was a snag but I don't remember for sure.
Features/ Art/ Arenas
Question: When will the arenas be updated or when will we hear anything about it? It's been asked in almost every AtT [Author's note, she probably meant AtS, or Ask the Staff] and it has been ignored everytime. It would really ease arena goers and make up more confident in Gaia if we could hear a yes or no or any kind of answer. Answer: There are currently no plans for major update to this system.

Question: could we have the fan art contests more often, the punk one was really fun. Answer: I'm glad you enjoyed the contest! We are definitely going to be holding more little contests like that, so keep your eyes peeled for them in the future =)
Question: When I'm on gaia on my phone, gaia keeps redirecting me to different sites or the app store. Are you aware of the issue and would you be able to fix this? Answer: We are aware of this, we are currently investigating and hope to have this addressed soon.

Question: Last week I raised some issues regarding the Religion and Morality forum. I just wanted to know if you have had a chance to look over the rules yet and if so are you going to make changes to make it harder for others to bully people with opposing beliefs. Answer: We haven't had a chance yet, but it's definitely something that we will be addressing!

Question: Could there be an option to disable animated bits in the header for users with slower pcs that cannot handle this? This would also appeal to users who just do not appreciate them/the drain on their pc. Answer: Likely not, but we'll keep this in mind.

Question: Can we get some updates on the gaia cash offers, some are really old and you can't do them more than once. Same with the daily treat, I'd like to be able to do them all instead of getting a measly 20,000 gold. Answer: Unfortunately the offers displayed are controlled by our third-party, they display what is currently available for the day. It's possible they just have a lot of those offers to go through, which is why they continue showing them.

I'm just curious, I mean everything else has a generator now. Except wing stickers and tickets. Answer: At this point we have no plans to expand our chance item offerings to include tickets or wing stickers. Sorry. =(

Question: Can you please consider an ITEM kickstarter? Perhaps when you close down more shops to redo the prices, close all of them at once and do an event for deleting unwanted cheap items. The event page could have a place to 'buy' junk to throw for gold, so it'd still be a gold sink and would have a way to be played by people who aren't packrats like me. Also, with a lot of junk being tossed, maybe it would raise the value of some of it, too, which helps the newbies. Answer: That is something we can consider, thanks!

Question: So is there ever a possibility of getting a coversion of gaiacash to gaia cold? Some of us have say 24gcash left and have nothing to use it on... maybe say you trade in 24 and you get 24bil or 2.4bil... i think it would encourage people to buy more gcash... i mean if i got 1000 gcash and got 100bil from it i would totally buy more gcash. Answer: Work with other users to encourage them to spend their gold on gold sink events, lower the price of items they are selling on the Marketplace, and spend their gold on various other items, games, and features! Question: The frozen fafnir is very pretty, but literally required almost 1,500 charms to make in the end. It seems like such a waste to dispose of so many charms for ultimately a single item, so in the future would it be possible to have dragons and other items require far less ingredients? Answer: We can definitely look into the crafting ingredients required for future items. =)

Question: I want to spend up to 50,000 Gaia Cash to earn the new tier prize of a Custom Gaian SDPlus doll. 1 doll isn't enough incentive for me because I need enough to hand out as prizes for games I run throughout the year. I won't be selling them on the Marketplace, I just give things out. Is it possible to prize 25 copies instead of 1? Answer: Ah gatchya. We're looking into the policy of how the dolls are handled, this can be better answered once that is done. We'll post a staff alert once it is.
