When making your first character, create a thread with your user name in it. This is where you shall post your profiles. One thread per person, as to not clutter it up too much.
Fill out the profile skeleton, and then add a *NCR* to the title of your thread, as well as quoting the mods when you are done, or if you need help.
Remove the *NCR* once one of us has approved your character.
Please know that the skeleton is still being edited, and may change soon. Should it change while you are in the midst of creating your character, please plug your profile into the newer format. Thank you.
