Personality: Nyx is a relatively quiet and closed off individual who does not typically associate with others around her well. She comes off as cold and detached, then again what Shade wouldn't. However in combat, depending on the situation and condition of her mind she can be either calm and collected or flat out psychotic. When she is psychotic she has an unquenchable thirst for blood and has little regard for pleas of mercy.

xxxxxThe Shade known as Nyx appeared in the world roughly twenty years ago, emerging from the darkness cast by the nation of Nocturne. Even she is not sure why she was brought forth unto the world of the living. At that point she had joined a small sect of Shades who lived to become assassins and from there Nyx received training. Her favored weapon of choice was the kodachi utilizing it to quickly assassinate her targets after striking from the shadows. Over time people began to become slightly harder to take down with singular strikes so she created her own personal weapons, Agony and Ecstasy, a pair of shotguns that could be handled like pistols despite the fact that wielding a weapon as loud as a shotgun didn't really classify as a proper 'assassination'. She developed her own way of killing from that point on and went off on her own path after leaving her sect. She has been wandering all over Nocturne taking odd jobs here and there, whatever offered her a thrill of killing. Though her jobs were never subtle she did get them done quickly and ensured that they were completed.
