Day had been long when there was a day-off, she leaned on her desk, fiddled with the black and white kitties she received from America. They were of palm sized and named Sesame (芝麻糊) and Tofu (豆腐花). Putting them down after a while, the petite girl flopped onto her bed, resulted in a surprise nose kiss from one of her millions of arpakasso. Twitter helped killing some of the free time as well. Again, it was Rep's ginger spam that day she partially understood and contained topic jumping like always. From horseman to glasses (that's one of her favourite topics); from glasses to romance and finally hopped to some clothing chat. It was fun to read. She put her phone down and picked up Duffy for a little dressing game. It was a present from Robert at Christmas and she loved it. Ready to put the sailor uniform onto the bear, her phone informed her of an incoming message. A smile appeared on her face when she noticed who the sender was and it went bigger when she finished the message. Eyes sparkled and widened at the invitation, it was the best bait to get her out of her room, like a carrot in front of her bunny nose. cherno astra Text to: Leslie

Leslie waited, and was not disappointed. He had his weapon out already, and offered a wave and a head nod at Shu's approaching form. "Glad to help. Just so we're clear, Shu-- the answer is no, for ******** sake." He made a face. "She's like, I dunno, my sister."

She squinted her eyes at Leslie with a smile, a morsel of disbelief. " Do you have sister/s? I remembered you had quite a big family." A hammer appeared in her grasp, tinkling from the accessories. " I've to say in advance, Z was rather unstable, so I either hit a lot or I miss." It was the first time Leslie saw Z's new form, it became bigger and on one side, pointy teeth-like edges can be seen. cherno astra I read the solo and abbileslie ongoing prp biggrin

The petite figure made a contrast with the big hammer. With wrist twisted, she brought the head portion downwards and lunged at his shield in swift motion like a little Velocisaurus. It was clear that she worked for her speed. " Like this" she beamed harmlessly. Spar was always like fight and chat in her concept, chances that she could mingle with people and test her skills, identifying where she needed to reinforce. " Tell me more?" It was unnecessary to say more as they were only revolving about one topic. HP: 50/ 50

"Yeah," he admitted with a nod. "Younger. Twins and s**t. They're like, 12 or 13 now, maybe." The passage of time didn't feel real, here. No seasons, no school, no fixed points in time. "I dig the change. He's bigger and s**t. Still kinda girl, though." That had been a mistake: the hammer hit him like a ton of bricks, sending Leslie skidding across the training field, shoes dragging through the green as he tried not to fall. In the end, he had to dig Aleria into the ground to stay his movement, shaking his head. "Jesus christ, Shu," Leslie wheezed, impressed. "I dunno what else you want me to say. She's like. I dunno. My person, I guess. Like, I just tell her everything and s**t. Lying to her is impossible. Pain in my ******** a**." He swung out-- literally. That was why she warned Leslie, after the cases of Taym and Dylon happened. The topic of twin sister touched a chord in her heart, when was the last time she saw her, maybe that was why she forgot to pay attention to the force she was using, hollowed-out for only a few seconds. The loud noise called her back to reality and she noticed the damage she made. Shu had her mouth opened but before she could say anything, decided to reply to his words. " It doesn't sound like a sister to me, more like -" she mused and searched for the word, " - more like soulmates. Yes, that's the word! You are lucky enough to find someone like that, you should cherish that." A hint of innocuous jealousy escaped from her words, she waited for the boy to steady himself before she launched another attack, with much of an abated force. That's better, she thought. < Not. "That's weird," Leslie protested, wheezing as he mostly parried a blow, crossing the handle of his weapon with Shu's. "I mean I do -- value her and s**t-- but--" He swung upwards, trying to get inside her space, but not entirely succeeding. "Soulmate is kind of faggy." It wasn't like he believed in love at all-- let alone true love-- but that sort of thing seemed reserved for couples. He made a face, nose scrunching behind his glasses with faint annoyance. "Come on, you've got that big ******** hammer. Hit me like you mean it." hp// 39 dmg// 2 charge// 1/3

He asked, she gave. " Z said he didn't like to be call ********>." She flatly delivered the message, didn't feel anything wrong to say the f-word from her mouth. "Faggy? Do you have a better word then?" For the petite Asian, love exists in many forms, friendship, parenting.....and more.
Soulmate was not only a word for lover, but someone you can trust completely and they understand you, it was a sand in a desert. When she easily accepted the concept of multiple weddings, it was known that her acceptance was of a wide scope.

He should have expected that. The blow came like a hurricane force, the heavy heft of her hammer colliding with his should. Leslie deflected some of it, absorbing the shock with Aleria's handle, but not at all entirely. "Z?" Leslie asked, weirded out. "You mean to tell me you think your weapon is your soulmate?" He barked with bitter laughter, taking a moment to push his glasses up with two fingers. "Listen, Shu. They're our tools, our lifelines, and our ******** survival. But that's not love." He yanked his club upwards, the crystalline blue flashing in the sun. hp// 32 dmg// 7 charge// 2/3

The club and the hammer clinked and made metal sounds harmful for ears, it was a hard blow - brutal and forceful. The gleam shone off the crystal club made her immobile for a few seconds, unable to respond until her hands moved up to block when the beast yelled. " Nonono, Leslie, your understood. I meant he didn't like to be called ******** hammer, not that I said he's my soulmate, no-" She flushed red or maybe provoked or just embarrassed and fussed for the idea. <<******** your soulmate. Jack your grumpy bean. I won't NEVER EVER take an under-developed chick like this one. Jack!> While she was stumbled and stammered to explain it clearly, he was roaring like a fire-breathing dragon inside. With a long exhalation, she finally cooled down. " I-I view Z as a friend, a partner, and -" she mused for words, " when everyone wasn't around, I know he'll be there." The Asian never regard weapons as tools, they were people like them, just from another place. They were linked together, helped for their survival despite of the fearful hunger of FEAR. < If he were my hunter, I would make him suicide and get a new one. Tsk.> The beast snorted at Leslie's words. < Silly, show him our new charge, I'm sure he would be very impressed.> Inducing his hunter to try something in his favour was something he mastered. With a delightful nod, she notified the hunter in front of him that she would be using the charge. Sphere left the pointy spear-like head and dropped freely, the petite girl rolled her shoulder to drive it moving and suddenly hit the sphere forwards to punch his stomach. With a jerk, it flew backwards and she knocked on with her hammer again like someone playing squash. It repeated continuously with a steady force, using Leslie's torso as the medium to go back to its owner until he knelt. " Leslie" she assayed with a gentle call, " are you alright?" Her tone was filled with worries and hinted with something "do you need a rest". "Oh, s**t, why didn't you ******** say that?" Leslie laughed, rubbing his face a little with the hand that wasn't holding Aleria. There were dark circles under his eyes; he hadn't been resting well. The moment of distraction hadn't done him any good. None at all: Shu's charge came down with a hurricane force, debilitating in every way. It knocked Leslie clean off his feet, sending him sprawling across the training field, landing belly up. "Jesus christ," he muttered, after a long wheeze, slowly standing. He edged closer, swiping at Shu's feet. His clothes had grass stains, but they weren't his good things anyway. "Jesus christ, Shu." She hit so hard.hp// 13 dmg// 2 charge// 3/3

Shu tilted her head, then lowered it. " I thought my English isn't bad......" As an Asian, her English wasn't as good as the westerners, but she believed it wasn't too bad until that misunderstanding. Her face boiled for just a few seconds before it turned to worries. Parts of her heart was cringing when the face of another person overlapped with Leslie, when she broke her shield. Even though she knew they would be safe on the training fields, she still felt bad. Biting her lips deliberately, she let herself fall over, like a punishment. She opened her mouth, wanted to ask for his condition, but nothing came out. < Don't get moody, silly. Fight, get up and hit.> The pulling force from the beast was strong and eager, but she swept it aside. " Leslie, are you alright?" the question repeated, when she looked into his eyes seriously. It wasn't sure she meant the dark circles too obvious to be seen or his status after the heavy blow. ======================= HP: 39/ 50 DMG: 1 Charge: 1/3

Leslie got a sour look in his eyes. "Just a ******** misunderstanding, happens enough between people that speak English all the time, doesn't even ******** matter if it's their first language or not. You're fine and s**t." When she fell, he took the opportunity to heal himself. The club in his hand iced over, and it sent whorls of frost up his arms. "I'm fine," Leslie replied, emphatic. "I'm not dead or anything, jesus." He had a feeling Shu had been asking about something else-- but Leslie had always been good about running away. hp// 33 heal// 20 charge// CHL3 used, EY2 remains

She got up, looked into his eyes and sighed, " if you say so" then smiled again. how adorable.> The beast commented with a thinly veiled chuckle. "Is that a heal charge?" The girl gazed at Leslie's arm with curious eyes.
After getting her answer, she lunged forwards to launch another hit. "Now, back to the topic - so what word would you use to replace soulmate in your case?" Shu hadn't forget the reason why she got out to meet with Leslie.
