After the battle with the thugs from the other day, Lunear was still unsure as to how to really get into his new.. weapon. He was pretty sure a stolen whip wasn't the best of choices in 'what to use to kill with', but it was useful at a distance, and had practical uses in fending off those who liked to try and get close to his hive.
Still, he'd almost taken his own eye out on several occasions, and he really had become painfully aware of just how he could have done more potential damage with allies in the line of the leather.
If he was going to become a proper hunter of Alternia's underworld, he'd need to improve, and what better way than to practice. And who better to ask than the girl who'd been willing to cute her own hair to win a fight? Find Vremea had taken awhile, but once he located her hive, he knocked at her door, hopinh he'd not missed her. Today at least, he'd worn a different mask.

Vremea still hadn't gotten used to not having her long hair. Carefully snipping off the sloppy ends as she watched in her vanity, the yellowblood finally made it parallel, looking orderly and nice-- petite even, highlighting her cheekbones slightly. It'd been an intense battle with the thugs-- and no matter what she did, she couldn't stop thinking about that scene in her head. If only she had more strength. More... power. Gumption to fight... She just didn't understand why she was hatched to constantly have her friends save her. It was both disappointing-- she wasn't fit to be with them...
When the lolita heard a sudden knock on the door, however, she was glad she had put the sissor away from her hair-- she almost snapped off a chunk of it from fright! Placing it down, she hurriedly passed through a few doors of her quaint home and paused before opening the door. What if, behind the door, there were more drones, sent to attack her? It wasn't usual that some troll came to visit her... She had made an awful lot of ruckus at that protest... Sliding her hand off the knob, her hand balled into a fist all of a sudden and pushed away those thoughts-- if they were, she'd take 'em down. Hopefully.
Vremea expected to see the same two drones, but instead was met with... a familiar, pleasant surprise. She squinted a little before her eyes widened suddenly after realizing who it was. "Oh, Lunear!" She exclaimed, actually glad to see him-- every since he visited with the other girls and saw her practically break down in her hive, she'd felt a little bad for having left him out. "Hello! How have you been? Please, come in, come in!" She beckoned, welcoming him into her home with a smile, opening the door a little wider. She was thankful she didn't have work that day. That meant they could catch up!

He wasn't sure how one was supposed to act when in the dwelling of a lower blood's hive. He was used to just, lording himself, tossing his supposed wight around, but with those like Vremea, whom he had a sort of growing respect for, how was he supposed to act? Like normal? Normally he'd demand the best seat, food, and her to just do whatever he said. But it was Vremea and he was quite sure she's sooner slap him and beat him for ever suggesting such. Respect and friendship were weird. It made him think about blood statuses and things. Complicated things. Things like REAL equality and junk. Weird stuff. "Ah, thank you." He bowed, feeling that it was just best to be polite like he was in public. She deserved politeness. Earned it too. He pulled his mask off inside, putting it into the folds of his cloak before addressing her directly. "I apologize for the unexpected visit but was hoping you might be amicable for a duel of sorts? I have yet to master my ah, weapon and well-" He tapped his face scars. "I have made enough mistakes and would rather not repeat such things in my training."

The yellowblood had to admit, she felt a little strange inviting a high blueblood into her home. What if he suddenly started acting high-horsed and privileged? She couldn't have sent him away from her home, mostly because he could've ordered her around... But why would he do that, when Lunear was on their side? He had shown loyalty to them in some way, and just seeing him grown up and even taller than her (which she had to admit, annoyed her some) made her just a little prouder.
When he bowed to Vremea like she was a highblood, Vremea's eyes widened slightly. A light blush coated her cheeks as he put his mask away and looked toward her, making herself look away in slight embarrassment. He didn't need to do that! She was just a low blood— with a blink, she realized what she was thinking and mentally bonked herself. Being a low blood shouldn't have limited ways she received welcomes. Listening to him speak, Vremea crossed her arms, listening to his request before relaxing slightly. He wanted to fight... She wasn't that good at fighting! Oh, did he perhaps mean their battle? With a small blush to of embarrassment, Vremea slid a hand through her hair, raising an eyebrow. "Why of course it is alright, Lunear. I can try to help, of course, but I am not very good at fighting with a whip or a moving weapon. You should try asking Athene, the greenblood from before? Although she might choke you." She mentioned playfully, but also slightly seriously, placing a light finger on her chin as if in thought. Athene was a very silent person. She also took things seriously and tended to judge others harshly at first. Usually, she spent her time alone. Maybe, recommending her would help...? It was worth a shot.
"But if you do not mind is being of different weapon types, I can do some research and try my best to show you some." She stated, giving him a friendly smile. This was good!

Hios smile was warm, a small weight off his chest in her gracious and polite acceptance. Dealing with lowbloods as if they were equals was.. odd to say the least. He wanted to be above yet at the same time didn't? It was like fighting his gut with his mind. Very confusing, but not the worst thing one might experience. "It is alright, again, I simply must be more adept. Alternia will need my skills in the future, and it is better to focus not than later when I might see a true battle as it were." Something he'd rather not encounter. Ever. He preferred to lead not fight. "Consider it a ah- not a date but an arrangement then." He reached out, kissing the back of her hand. "I'll look forward to it Vremea."

Alternia...? Yes, it was true, their world would need them in the future. They were, essentially, the next generation. They needed to prepare... He was being incredibly proactive. Vremea respected that. Giving him a nod, the female felt like she understood him quite well— she wasn't the type of troll who did well with anything but helping others. Leading something... It was something that seemed preposterous to her. She admitted she had led things before in the past, but... She wasn't exactly leading things, just apart of them and giving suggestions.
Watching as Lunear grabbed her hand and gave it a small kiss, the yellowblood arched a suspicious eyebrow at the teenager— Maybe it's just him being nice...? She felt no attraction toward this kid. Really, kid was all she could think of him— ever since seeing the annoying, privileged version of him, there was no way she could think of a relationship with him— she always ended up laughing to herself. She had to admit, though— Lunear had grown up to become quite the young man. With an unimpressed nod, the yellowblood's eyes stared at the blue bloods with humor. "Definitely an arrangement. I cannot wait to test your strength." She murmured softly, smooth fingers sliding out of his gloved ones and brushing her dress down, giving him another friendly smile. "Was there anything else you'd like to ask or talk to me about? I could brew some tea, if you'd like."

He smirked, thinking himself smoother than worm spit garments. "I'll have to pass. I already have imposed enough with my unannounced arrival and request. Plus, I ah.. am very particular with my flavor of tea. But, perhaps post battle?" He bowed again. "By your leave Lady Vremea." Excusing himself, Lunear smiled, feeling confident that the next time they'd meet, he'd have a chance to show her what he really was capable of."
