Bio : Chester was there when the Mistake was made. The Mistake did not have very many lasting effects on him. However, it did restrain his abilities to the confinement of the city. All of his elemental control, but nowhere to use it. Chester usually stays at home or wanders around town, but he doen't much like the guard towers like the others. When he's not eating, sleeping, exercising, or looking for a partner, he spends his time practicing and strengthening his skills.
