Mintaka had quite gotten use to the room and the pain, and after Auro's visit, resumed her position on the floor with her legs bent sideways in a perfectly acceptable ladies position. She masked her pain away with inner mantra's of ladies acceptable behavior and such, just to take her mind away from it.
As he warned her, she was guarded at all times and would probably be visited by all sorts of negaverse agents.
She wondered if she was the only senshi to be captured or if others had joined her in this dilemma.
She was quiet and thoughtful as she waited for another agent to come in. Hopefully one that didn't have a heavy hand, after all, Mintaka wasn't shy about the information she could give. As long as it kept it a peaceful talk.

Sure enough the agent she was waiting for entered into her room. He was young and should be very familiar to her, even if they hadn’t been properly introduced. Either way, he wasn’t there to be polite.
Jet slowly opened and shut the door behind him, glaring down at the woman who sat before him. “You remember me…?” he wondered, watching her with narrowed eyes. He was still mad about what had happened. His honor and glory had been taken from him, and he was there to get it back.
“There are some things I need to ask you,” he said slowly, as if he was trying to keep himself from losing his cool. It wouldn’t do well for him to do something he would regret too soon.

Mintaka's form stiffened, and she rose her chin at the young lieutenant. She never got his name, but it didn't matter. He was the one who had knocked her out. She could remember that much.
"Hello again, I hope that me being here has achieved the reward you sought young lieutenant." She cocked her head. "Am I allowed to be unchained for this questioning?" She knew the answer was most likely no but it didn't hurt to ask.
"That's fine, as you see, I am not really resisting." She cocked her head. "What is your question sir?"

He stiffened as she greeted him, his eye twitching just once at her assumption of his reward for her capture. “No,” he snapped when she asked to be released, but he continued to look at her as if wondering the best way to go about this.
“So… You do remember I was the one who fought you… correct…?” he asked slowly, wanting to be sure she understood his question. “It was me and not anyone else…”
If she knew what was good for her, she would answer truthfully. She had no reason to lie, right?? “Would you be able to make that statement to others? That I, Lieutenant Jet, was responsible for your capture and no one else?”
He needed to be sure.

Mintaka cocked her head at him, at his youthful eagerness and anger.
She could only assume something had happened after she had passed out, but was smart enough to give him what he wanted.
"Yes, we fought." She shifted again, "And you were the one to knock me out. Jet is it?" She rose an eyebrow. "But I cannot truthfully say that you were the one that captured me, alone at least. As I was knocked out." She huffed, "A lady never lies, I apologize but I cannot give you that."
Then she leaned back, "Why does it matter if you caught me or not. I'm here aren't I? What do you really want?"

His eye twitched again, and he clicked his tongue to the roof of his mouth. She was obviously stupid. “If you know I knocked you out, why wouldn’t you assume it was me??” he asked, angry at her statement. “How would you be lying?? You know I fought you! You…” he stuttered, trying not to give into his rage but it was difficult to hold back.
“It matters! You don’t understand!” he growled, not even caring if he asked her any other questions. She was a stupid senshi who knew nothing! And that damned Aquamarine… if he hadn’t done what he did, Jet might have been promoted already!
Okay, maybe not, but he would have been well on his way.

"You asked me to answer the question truthfully. Only YOU knew what happened after I was knocked out." She shifted again, "As I was knocked out."
She waited a moment, "I've met more then my fair share of lieutenants, and agents, so I've noticed that rank seems to be very important." She rubbed her arms gently and stared further at him.
"Are you going to tell me why I am here? What is the point of capturing me?"

”Shut up!” he seethed, getting annoyed by her stupid answers. He was just following orders. He didn’t know why just that they did. Jet moved forward then, swinging out his leg to kick her.
“You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about, so there’s no use for you!” he yelled, kicking her again, and again. “If you have no use alive, you’d be better off dead… or corrupted. Or how about I take your starseed and crush it?” he hissed, leaning close enough to grab hold of her neck with one hand, the other pressed against her chest.

"If you tell me to be quiet, then how can I answer the questions you ask?" Mintaka hated the moment her bratty mouth opened. Though she liked to pretend she was a lady, her patience, coupled with the fear and the confusion had worn her nerves small and tight.
And this child in this army was ridiculous. Crying because she didn't give him what he wanted? Silly boy. She wondered if there was more spoiled brats like this in the negaverse. Entitled to all, but never earning a thing.
She crumpled the minute his leg made contact, wheezing as pain settled in her already weary body. There was always more room for pain wasn't there? She laid there and took the beating, small sounds of pain echoing the empty room, and once he was done, she coughed out the slight blood that built up.
Rusty and red, droplets among so many colors on the floor for the fun house.
He brought her up by her neck, pressing on her wind pipe just enough. She could feel his hand on her chest and hated it. She wanted Aurostibite, wanted anything but this person near her, beating her, even touching her. She hated it.
She closed one eye, but one remained open and the bright blue bore into him. The silence stretched for a minute.
"Lieutenant..." She wheezed, "Lieutenant Jet." She closed her eyes. What more did he want?

His lips curled into a sneer as she finally answered him. And while he was pleased that she finally decided to do what was right, he was still angry that it took her so long to respond how he wished she would. She still had some fight in her, and he didn’t like that.
Slowly, carefully, Jet pressed his hand into her chest, delighting in the power he’d been granted as a Negaverse officer. Chaos was a powerful thing, and to be able to shove his hand into someone’s chest without actually damaging their body amazed him. It was an exhilarating feeling. For him at least. He couldn’t say the same for the eternal.
“That’s right,” he sneered as his hand found its way around her starseed, clamping onto it and squeezing, feeling the power that burst forth from it. “You may be an eternal, but you still fell to me. A mere lieutenant. You should remember that in your last days,” he cooed mockingly at her, wishing he could draw out her starseed and claim it as his own, but unfortunately… he did not have that authority just yet. He would eventually, just not today.

At first, Mintaka that, with giving the lieutenant what he wanted, that he would just drop her and leave her. She didn't want the pain anymore, the reminding aches and bruises that she was weak in this state, and her first mission as a eternal ended with her bound in a chain.
The press against her chest was startling and uncomfortable. Then his hand sunk in, past the skin and there was a tightening, a fear of invasion. His bony fingers clamped around her very core of being, tightening and causing her breath to hitch and gasp. "Don't do..." She froze and panicked.
That was hers. That was her starseed. She struggled, fought against the hand. She didn't want to be like Haumea or Ate, She didn't want to be another lost soul in the negaverse, worshipping a queen. She wanted to stay Mintaka.
Aurostibite, why didn't you come and save her? Why didn't he help her? Where was everyone? Don't let her become corrupt. Don't let her become a monster. Please.
Please.
"Please..." She whispered, tears falling down her cheeks. "Please...Don't."

It was a wonderful feeling. A wonderful, awful feeling. To hold someone’s life in the palm of his hand, to have the ability to crush it right there, to make her break, to make her suffer…
Jet laughed as she started to cry. “Please, don’t~” he mocked her, twisting his hand inside her chest, as if testing to see the boundaries he could push, wanting to cause her as much pain as possible. “You better give me some information I can use. Anything will work. Let’s make a deal. You tell me something I can bring to my superiors and I’ll let you live. If you don’t, I’ll crush your starseed in front of you.”
If anyone asked him, he thought he was being quite generous. If she didn’t have anything good to share, why bother keeping her around?

Jet grinned, pleased with her pain. “How about you think about it,” he told her, withdrawing his hand from her chest, leaving the starseed in its place. For now. He owuld be back though. “I’ll have to let my superiors know you’re not very cooperative, you know. Maybe then I’ll get permission to take your life.” He laughed, as if he’d just told a joke and took a step back towards the door, leaving her to her misery. Nyxtsuki Moon Fin?
