The ball was in chaos.

Beyond the exit signs on the walls, she couldn't tell one location from the next. She thought she came back to where she'd left Dani but she found no one. Panic bubbled in her chest and she frantically glanced around. The floor was dotted in blood, her green eyes going wide with fear.

A flash of Themiscyra with a poleaxe through her back, surrounded by fire, covered her vision for a time. Pain, regret, anger. No. No.

No that hadn't come to pass yet. No.

The page shook herself out of it as someone slammed into her shoulder. Andronicus staggered back, tripping on a mask on the floor. Down she went with a heavy thud, pain shooting through her wrist. A civilian was thrown into the wall near her. A flare of something traveled through her chest. It churned, locking her jaw and furrowing her brow. Chaos had done this. Chaos would do it again. Chaos and Order put innocent people in danger.

Heat surged through her body as through her blood was on fire, and she stood up. The agent who'd attacked the civilian stalked them to the wall, that despised grin on their face.

No more.

Andronicus pushed herself up, mace popping into existence. "Andronicus, give me strength!" she growled as she began to run towards the agent. What she did not notice, was that her mace was not quite... her mace. Fingers closed around the shaft and the heat within her blood exploded outwards.

As though a rush of wind tore from her boots, magic surged up her form as she ran. It changed her, providing armor where the was none, tightening clothes where it had been lose, giving her more protection where she lacked it. She spun the mace, now topped with an orb of blue. The Uranus symbols flared on the now Squire once as the transformation finished.

"Change of Winds!" She snapped the mace out, the words falling from her lips as if it was normal. Magic rushed down her arm into the mace, the orb glowing bright, and a gust of wind slammed forward into the agent. He went flying into the chaos. It should have shocked her, really, but she turned her attention to the civilian.

"Can you run?" The civilian nodded, eyes wide at her. "Get out of here then."

"W-what are you?" The question caught Andronicus off guard, a sort of knee-jerk response she wasn't aware she knew falling from her lips.

"I'm a Sentinel, here to protect you and this city. Now go!" A Sentinel... she had lost her Sentinels in the future. Once the civilian ran off (after thanking her profusely) she shook her head. For another time. She had bigger things to worry about.

Themiscyra was missing, again. Her sister was missing and it was all Andronicus could do to not scream in frustration. Then it hit her. Wait. The signet rings. She could bloody contact her with the damn ring. Andronicus felt stupid for a moment. She escaped to the balcony, thankfully devoid of fighting, to send the message.

Below her, she watched Chaos take Hver. Kairatos went as well. She could vaguely see the glimmer of, what was it Transcendance? From one of the senshi that was taken along with a knight of Jupiter. Valhalla she thought? Kairatos struck a cord with her, but she didn't know how. Hver as well. The other two brought up some sort of "this would be important to Themi." More Chaos flared on her internal radar. s**t, she couldn't do it here.

The Squire jumped from the outside second floor balcony, barely sort of registering the fall and took off at a run. She swivled the ring on her finger and popped it into holo display mode.

"Themiscrya, Themiscyra, can you hear me? Themi I swear to Uranus and Mars if you're captured... We got problems. They've taken hostages. I'll fill ya in, just give me your position and I'll be there. Just, please be okay." She kept the ring open as long as she could stand running like that, before shutting it off. It would 'ring' (ha) if Themi contacted her back. Theoretically at least.

Andronicus Squire of Uranus sprinted around a corner and disappeared into the early morning. What a way to start out the year.
