Name: Gisela Louise
Nickname: Ella, Louie
Age: 15
Birthday: Aug 14
Sign: Leo
Gemstone: Onyx
Blood Type: A-
Fav. Food: Spicy food. Anything spicy. Basically give her a plate of fire.
Hated Food: Anything bland. Gisela needs spice to live.
School: Crystal Academy
Hobbies: Piercing -- Gisela loves to pierce. She has a make shift "home piercing kit" which consists of a large sewing needle, rubbing alcohol, and rubber gloves. On the nights when sleeping is harder than usual, Gisela will sit on the floor of her bathroom and find something else she can pierce. Her ears are already full of shrapnel, she has her septum pierced, a set of snakebites, a beauty mark, and even some more unconventional piercings, like the skin on the bridge of her nose and the back of her neck. Just a bar through the skin, but the second she found out that she could, she did. This doesn't always go well, however. Even though she's extra careful, Gisela can't prevent infections, which are even harder to prevent when she's working with so little in her bathroom. Every once in a while, she even gets to share her favorite past time with a braver friend!
Yoga -- An an attempt to settle her nerves, Gisela has her own yoga routine. It's about an hour long, and she can do it in the quiet of her bedroom whenever she needs to. In fact, whenever Gisela finds herself losing grasp of herself, she will find a nice, quiet place and run through her stretches and positions. Even though she has a set routine, Gisela will never pass up an opportunity to learn more, and so she is a pretty regular face at the local rec center. She loves how yoga tests so many parts of the body, like strength and flexibility. She also likes the pseudo-social parts of yoga. Like how you can do Yoga with a group, but not have to actually interact. She can say she socialized to pacify her parents, but in reality she hadn't said one word to anyone. Only made polite faces and staying on her mat.
People Watching -- It doesn't require a lot of energy, so Gisela can spend endless hours doing it. Often times Gisela will plant herself on a bench or at a table and just watch the people going by. It's sort of like watching the fish at the dentist. She can sit alone on the outside and watch people swim by on their own. Again, she doesn't have to interact with anyone, but she gleans some understanding of people. Like she is able to socialize vicariously through other people. Every once in a while someone will come and sit next to her, at which point Gisela will try her best to ignore them until they go away.
Virtues: Patient -- Gisela's patience was born both of her sleep paralysis and her yoga practice. On the one hand, the terror from her living nightmares had a tendency to scatter her wits and leave her breathless and helpless. If she tries to force herself to do anything at this point, Gisela ends up much worse for the wear. Everything eventually come back to her if she lays still and silent for long enough. Her yoga has also taught her to take as much time as needed to move through a sequence. After all, yoga is a journey through ones self and not a race to the end. Gisela uses this patience in her everyday to keep herself calm. With the exception of those very few triggers (in which case god himself can't stop her temper), Gisela can easily take a breath, align her chakras, and relax. She can wait forever for something to happen, even if she's not sure what that thing is. Just don't mistake this for indulgence. Just because Gisela hasn't hit someone for being an idiot doesn't mean she condones it.
Organized -- Gisela refers to this as being "energy efficient" but it's more than that. Because she doesn't sleep much, or at all some nights, Gisela has a very finite amount of energy that isn't really all that easy to renew. She needs to be mindful of the energy she exerts, and so she works very hard not to exert more than she needs. Before she makes any move, she makes sure that she won't be making more than she needs. Can she get everything she needs from one store? No? Does she need what is not at the store? No? Living without it. Exactly how many hours of homework do I have? Can I cut that down in anyway? Can I put that off until next week? Yes? Break. She organizes her actions and life around the intake and exertion of energy, and because of this, her life is highly organized.
Observant -- Several things have made Gisela very astute. Her favorite hobby of people watching has made it so that she notices minor differences is people as they pass by. However, this would never have been possible without her patience, which allows her the state of mind to pick these things up. She can notice differences in people and her environment almost immediately. Even if she can't tell what changed, she can tell that something did change at the very least. She also picks up on nuances and expressions, making it very easy to read people. Don't try to lie to Gisela, there's a very good chance she'll pick up on the deception. She's not as good as Sherlock Holmes, despite what her parents joke about around the house, but she is very good. She wouldn't be able to tell that someone worked for the Queen of England due to the state of their slacks, but she can tell when someone has spent the day crying, and when someone works construction even when they are out of uniform. Due to her understanding of people, Gisela is very insightful, and is very good at giving advice free of judgement.
Flaws: Explosive Tempered -- There are very few things that trigger Gisela's temper, thanks to her enduring patience, but the things that do really do. A short list would be offering help that she did not ask for, interrupting her yoga, asking why she looks so tired, and infringing on her territory. It's sort of another reason she tends to be on her own more often than not. She just can't stomach being around people for too long, they get on her nerves. Her temper can be triggered by any number of things; she might not agree with something someone said, they may be speaking when Gisela would rather have silence, they weren't invited to sit and talk with her, or just walking in front of her. Really anything can set her off. Her temper manifests in rude remarks and angry shouting, but never anything physical.
Parenoid -- Gisela is plagued by the things in her corners when she tries to sleep. For this reason, she doesn't entirely trust her corners in the daylight. She doesn't like being alone in a room, for one thing. She tends to feel prickly all up and down her spine, eyes watching her from all over, and hear things around her. When she's around other people, she assumes that they think poorly of her, and will talk badly about her behind her back. When someone is laughing within her earshot, she will assume they are laughing at her. Because of all of these things, Gisela can't partake in people watching for very long before she is run off by her own fears. Come night fall, however, things get ten times worse. She needs to have all the lights on in her room to even think about laying down for the night. She also needs to preform a thorough inspection with includes locking the door to the outside, her closet, and the bathroom so nothing can get in. She makes sure all the paths leading out are clear and even then, she runs her escape route several times.
Territorial -- Gisela has her territory and that is her territory. The limits of her territory are also expanding indefinitely, including things, places, and even the odd person that she deems un-irritating enough to talk to. Once these things are hers, Gisela does not share. When someone tries to impose of Gisela's territory, she tends to get fairly visceral. More than anything, this will trip her hairpin trigger. Her territories include her room, whatever she is sitting on, her yoga mat, and whatever friends she may or may not have accumulated. Infringing on these things, or if one of her friends dares to have another besides her, will result in loud insults. Friends of Gisela's are advised not to introduce her to other friends.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Note: Gisela's father is originally from Nigeria, with her mother being German, so skin tone to match.
Eyes: Thin, sunken in, and baby blue
Hair: Gisela has a hard time keeping her hair neat, so she generally shaves her head, leaving only a thin layer of fuzz
Face: Long and thin
Clothes: Gisela generally dresses in whatever she finds, opting for comfort over anything else. Normally slouchy, mismatched, and sometimes even a little dirty.

Senshi: Sailor Noctua Corrupt Senshi of Insomnia Challenge: Sleep is for the weak. Fuku Colour: Main Color: CC Secondary Color: CC Fuku: Totally CC. This was a concept I really fell in love with, but I had no idea how to structure color or a design around it. All I ask is that since she's nearly bald as a civilian, her powered hair be tightly bound. Collar -- Bow -- Bodice -- Sleeves -- Brooch -- Bottoms -- Tiara -- Choker -- Shoes -- Gloves -- Accessories -- Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Noctua Feverish NightsNoctua closes her eyes and calls the name of her attack. Upon opening them, she will lock eyes with one person and they will be immediately subject to the attack. For the next ten seconds the victim will feel like they haven't slept well for the past few nights. They will feel sluggish, irritable, and confused. Noctua can use this attack 3 times in a battle if she pushes herself, but mostly she keeps it to twice. It's useful mostly for getting away or getting in a sucker punch if she needs to. Note: She needs to lock BOTH eyes with her opponent. So if someone has a non functioning eye for whatever reason, the attack will not work. Alternately, if Noctua's eyes are out of commission due to whatever reason, be it darkness or injury, the attack will not work. If the environment is too dark to see anyone's eyes, the attack will fail as well.Super Sailor Scout Attack: Noctua Sleepless NightsNoctua closes her eyes and calls the name of her attack. Upon opening them, she will lock eyes with one person for five seconds and they will be subject to the attack. For the next ten seconds the victim will feel like they haven't slept at all for the past few nights. They will be victim to the more physical symptoms of insomnia, like tension headaches, nausea, and dizzyness. Noctua can preform this attack twice or once with enough energy left Noctua Feverish Nights Note: Noctua no longer needs both eyes functioning on either end to make the attack work, however, if eye contact is broken within five seconds on either end, the attack fails. If the environment is too dark to see anyone's eyes, the attack also fails.Eternal Sailor Attack: Noctua Living NightmareNoctua covers her eyes and calls the name of her attack. When she uncovers them, she will lock eyes with one person for five seconds and they will be subject to the attack. For the next fifteen seconds, the victim falls prey to the symptoms of sleep paralysis. They will be unable to move but begins to see the shadows move. Depending on the mental stability of the victim, the shadows may just seethe, or they may come alive all together. What the victim sees is also subject to change depending on what that person. Noctua can only perform this attack once with enough energy for one more of her lesser attacks. Note: This attack is distraction based only. Any injury that befalls the victim is up to the player, like headaches, nails digging into fists, or something else. They are also invited to have the victim perceive physical pain from the attack as people who suffer from sleep paralysis do, but again, that is all in the victim's head. Noctua did not inflict nay damage and any injuries felt or seen will not linger after the attack is over. Note: Noctua no longer needs both eyes functioning on either end to make the attack work, however, if eye contact is broken within five seconds on either end, the attack fails. If her eyes or the eyes of another are compromised, or eye contact is broken, the attack fails. If the environment is too dark to see anyone's eyes, the attack also fails. If a player is jostled from the spell, the spell will break HOWEVER, they will feel as though they have just been suddenly woken, and may be confused about where they are, what they are doing, lose balance, etc.

Hi Cuppy!
High Function - This doesn't really come across as a virtue rather a talent she has developed over the years. A virtue is something that people endear too and appreciate, the way you have explained this virtue doesnt really come across as someone going "oh she's my good friend because she can stay awake with little sleep" rather than "Oh she is friendly, nice, charming etc"
Maybe it can be translated in to patience? Since she has such a hard time sleeping she has learned to wait things out and not force anything because in the end it makes it worst, it would also tie in with her observant virtue as she listens and watches people to understand them better. Of course it doesnt tie in with her short tempered although you could change it to be short tempered with other things rather than people. Like if she broke the york in an egg she would go bat s**t crazy, or if she couldnt find something she would scream but with people she is happy to sit and listen for ages.
Energy Efficient. Again similar to the above this reads more like an organized virtue. What you have put sounds like the reason why she is organized rather than a virtue itself. So I mean you can keep everything you have written for this bit but just amend the title of the virtue to organized and it would work better.
Observant: This is a great virtue, if you wanted to go with my suggestion of the patience's you can emphasis that coupled with this observant virtue allows her to understand people much more than you average person. Which in turn makes her a good listener. Maybe she is able to pass on advice to people as well? That in itself makes people want to come to her with their problem because she will sit and listen and offer advice without judgment?
Flaws: Other than the short-tempered being effected by the patient virtue if you went for that the others are fine.
Attacks: Just some quick questions about the attacks. How long does she need to lock eyes with someone for the attack to work? Is it instantaneous or does it have to be a full on staring into each others eyes moment for 5 seconds sort of thing? If she breaks eye contact/they close their eyes will the attack not work? (only counts if there has to be a time for the attack to work) Does she need both eyes? (I am thinking being punched in the face and not having one working eye!)
@Nightmare: Is this attack based on hallucinations caused by sleep deprivation? So they see shadows/things moving? So its more of a distraction attack/ unnerving the opponent depending on their mentality? They cant interact with the shadows etc?
Hope this helps! Just quote me and I shall come running back!
