Noemi gently knocked on Lydia's door, as it had been awhile since she had seen the older woman and wondered if she was still alright.
Well maybe it was more of a courtesy call to herself, a 'Noemi needs to get out of her room and actually socialize with people she knew' kind of thing.
She sighed as she waited.
"So....So....."

Lydia answered the door, wearing nothing more than a set of cat paw print underwear. She blinked at the woman standing on the other side, and then grinned. "HELLO NOEMI! It has been so long! Are you looking for Chris? He's out somewhere." She waved her hand around in the air and then pointed vaguely down the hallway in the direction that she thought her roommate might have gone. Apparently it didn't occur to her that Noemi might actually have been there to see her.

Noemi stared at Lydia with widening eyes, especially the longer Miss Lydia stood there.
"Um..."
She took her jacket off and offered it to the small woman. "You...um...and...jacket..." She looked to the ceiling, "Aren't...you cold?"

Lydia blinked wide, amber eyes at the other woman, taking in the jacket before looking down at herself. "OH! Silly me, I haven't gotten dressed yet!" She tittered into her hand, and released the door to take a step back inside of her room. "I was busy doing a bit of research!" She called from inside, whether or not she was followed, as she plucked up clothing that was scattered across her bed, sniffing items before deciding whether they were "fresh" enough to wear, slipping into a tanktop, t-shirt, a sweater that hung past her hands and down to her mid thighs, and finally, a pair of tights to wear beneath a pair of torn off denim shorts. "I guess I just...forgot!" She turned around back towards the doorway, and giggled a little bit more.

"Yes, si, you are not dressed Miss Lydia." Noemi flushed again, putting her hands on her cheeks to hide the redness. "if you could, yes." She watched the whole thing with a sort of horrified glance at the woman.
Sniffing clothes from the floor, what even.
"Oh...welll..." Noemi struggled with what to do next, stuck on the fact that Lydia was wearing clothes she sniffed from the ground and her forgetting to get dressed and Chris lived with her? Just lived with her like that?
"Um, well, see, yes, I was wondering." She stuttered out, "Would you like to spar with me?"

Oh, a spar! Lydia clapped her hands together under her chin, her grin widening. "Oh, that would be just lovely, I think! Rorric so does love to be put to use~." The firebird chirped away in her head in excitement, confirming her own words though Noemi wouldn't have been able to hear him. Grabbing for her jacket and sliding into a pair of unlaced hiking boots, Lydia traipsed her way out of the room, shutting the door behind her. "So! How have you been? It feels like it's been so long since I've seen you! Were you away on a mission?" She asked, clearly interested as she gazed intently at Noemi even as they walked along the hallway.

"Rorric is your weapon si?" Noemi looked around and then stupidly realized that Lydia wouldn't have him just summoned for no reason.
"I was! I was in Sahara outpost, mostly doing medical work!" patching up hunters, and that was about it. "I've been back just in time for late chrsitmas!" Noemi stopped and then felt around her pockets in horror. "Oh...Oh there it is!" Noemi breathed out, pulling out a neatly wrapped tin for Lydia. "I made cookies and treats, Merry late Christmas Miss Lydia, I apologize its so late." And she hoped it would taste good after a long spar.
After that she quiet until the training field. Once there, she positioned herself.
"Do you want to go first?"

"Oh, yes! He is a firebird. Very chatty, very excitable." Much like Lydia herself, really. When Noemi affirmed that she had been away on a mission, Lydia clapped her hands together. "Oh, how excellent! I bet that was a lot of fun!" Because obviously being surrounded by gaping wounds and serious injuries that needed tending to would absolutely be the most jovial experience ever. But her thoughts on the matter were cut a little bit short, as Noemi pulled out a surprise that Lydia was all around not prepared for. She let out a gasp. "Oh no, you shouldn't have!" But still, she grinned, clearly happy as she reached out and accepted the gift, all while also feeling bad that she hadn't thought to do the same. She would have to get Noemi back for this later. "Oh...Ohhhhhh....Thank you!!!" She reached over with a free arm and pulled Noemi into a tight hug, hand pressing hard into the other woman's back before releasing her. After that the walk to the training field was quiet (unnaturally so, for Lydia), though the blue haired woman was busy digging into the tin and looking through the treats that Noemi had given her, pulling out a cookie to munch on along the way, which kept her from being too chatty. When they arrived, she set the tin down on the edge of the training field, and summoned Rorric, the cat o'nine tails whip, holding him loosely in one hand. "Oh, sure! I guess I could! I mean...if you don't mind?" Lydia didn't, really, but wanted to be sure. It would make sense, she guessed, since Noemi was an intermediate and all and probably much more skilled but still! She didn't want to appear, well, too aggressive.

"A firebird?" Noemi blinked and then shifted a little, "My weapon is a mermaid? She is quiet. Is it nice? To have someone so chatty?" she liked Melusine for her quietness. It made her weapon a sort of soothing.
"I should have! I did have!" Noemi chirped nervously, "Do you not like it?" Well they were just cookies so maybe Lydia wanted more?
Oh but hugs.
She shifted again nervously before shrugging.
"I don't mind Miss Lydia!" Noemi summoned her weapon and set it up to recieve the woman's attack. "I am ready when you are!"

"It is!" She nodded, quite happily, "He is a constant reminder that I am never alone, and never have to be, ever again." And she liked that. She enjoyed the conversations she had with the firebird that resided in her head and in the weapon that she could summon. "I love it!" Was her response in regards to the treats. "Oh, but now I will have to get you back, for sure!" Yes, Noemi was going on her list. The list of people that Lydia would need to shower in gifts. She made a mental note to find out when the girls birthday was, so that she could make it so at the appropriate time, though spur of the moment worked just as well if the other woman's birthday was too far away. On to the spar at hand. Noemi was giving her definite permission for Lydia to start, and with a broad grin, the blue haired woman was only too happy to oblige. Except not really as her attempt at whipping the other woman went completely awry. HP: 40 Damage: 0
