Personally, I was drawn into it kicking and screaming by some girls who were into it, around me. Then I wrote my waffle a fanfic for her birthday so I had to learn all about it in order to properly write it, and yeah. So, how did you get interested in yaoi?

THE NEWSPAPER GOT KAORI INTO YAOI~~
My dad found an article while looking through a newspaper, and it was all about yaoi and had pictures and stuff. >W> And then he gave it to me.. I was about 12.. o_o BUTYEAH. That got me into yaoi. c:

My parents aways questioning if a character was male or female helped. One day she asked me why Kurama from YuYu Hakusho had a male voice when it was a girl. I told her it was a boy. She said "What, that red head boy's going out with the short black haired guy." (I nearly fell off my chair when she said that.) And I told her they weren't going out. Then I questioned myself and said "Hey, that would be cute." And never thought any thing about it until I met a friend of mine who was a hard-core Yaoi lover. She introduced me to a lot of other Yaoi pairings she picked out in Anime and ever since I've been hooked.

Gah, Yu-Gi-Oh!
I got so obsessed with it, then started searching for pictures. I found one of Marik and Bakura making out and I got VERY mad, 'cause I was obsessed with Marik....So I got off the computer pissed.
The next day, I came across more and more pictures of YGO like then... well that got me into it....

I got into Yaoi when I read a fanfic about Seishirou and Subaru back when I adored the couple but now am not into it like I used to be. Anyways I was looking for some Tokyo Babylon pics and information on the two when I found a clickable about the two of them and I thought it was a bio deal well I clicked it and I found out that it was a lemon Yaoi fanfic and I got into Yaoi that ways. My first Yaoi was Desire which I really like alot besides Golden Cain and Skyscrapers Of Oz.

Actually, it was with a Rp me and my friends were creating. I was really trying to think up something new for my character that hadn't been done before so I thought to myself, 'Hey. What about giving him a boyfriend? We haven't even touched on that subject yet?' Turns out the end result wasn't all that great for him. However, just me bringing up the subject has brought forth some new, uber cuddly Rp pairings that I simply adore along with my all time favorite, Seto and Nazomi. heart
After that, I honestly can't remember how I asked my friend ( who is basically my supplier of anime ) that I wanted to see some boy love. It was such a long time ago O.o, but of course, the first thing he directed me to was Gravitation.

Well a couple of year ago I got a Tokyo Pop sneak peak manga. It had a bunch of different manga samples in it. In it I happened to stumble accross 'Eerie Queerie'. It looked cute and interesting so a little while later I bought the first volume, and was in love with it ever since.
