The Laws of the Guild
Thou shalt not steal - The creators have deemed that stealing or mimicking another individual's characters, appearance, background, powers, etc. anything of relating to the profile is off limits. Mods will ask you kindly to change your picture based on either theft reasons or copyright reasons (Corruption and Chor DO browse dA so they know what picture belongs to which artist). Theft includes pictures that artists do not want others using for RPing, and using pictures that are currently in use with another RPer. If you're not aware, that's fine and it's an accident, but you'll still have to change it.
Thou shalt not kill thy neighbor - RPCs and OCs cannot be killed without their creator's consent. Simple rule right? Follow it.
Thou shalt not lay verbally with a significant other - In other words, no cybering. [cyber = lemon fanfic, smut, sexual correlations that are inappropriate, R-rated actions.] We understand sex is a natural part of life, but follow the Gaia T.O.S. Once clothes come off, it's time to time-skip.
Thou shalt not lay with thy neighbor without conversation - Simply put, don't create a relationship without some development. Unless you purposefully are doing a one-night stand.
Thou shalt speak - You must write at least a paragraph a post. (AKA, 6 detailed sentences that are not short like that of a 5th grader's). We prefer it if you are semi-lit (2+ paragraphs per post). However, this does not mean we want to read a novel per post. Keep your posts in a happy medium, not too small, not too large. If you feel like your post is getting lengthy, stop yourself and take a step back. Sometimes less is more, and sometimes other members get disheartened when looking at the massive length of someone's post. Quality is ALWAYS better than quantity.
Thou shalt be original - Do NOT, repeat, do NOT use canon anime characters. You may use pictures in the style of anime/manga/cartoons, but you cannot use pictures of Naruto, Ichigo, Natsu, or any canons associated with canon animes. This includes any and all of their abilities, weapons, skills, powers, etc. For example, we don't want you writing a crap ton of jutsus. This is not a Naruto guild.
Thou shalt not bedazzle - Refrain from over-bedazzling your posts. A picture, character name, and some decoration is perfectly fine. Your post should not look like it came out of a decoden project. If it comes to the point where there's more content than text, I will have to ask you to simplify your layout.
