Kerberos was, if nothing else, good at not learning any lesson anyone tried to teach him, ever. Despite the fact that nearly every time he went out it ended in disaster, he was out yet again, and he was drunk, yet again. This time he didn't actually have his beverage of choice with him, and he was actually starting to be something reasonably approaching sober, which was probably for the best.
He had found a park bench and stretched himself out, basically claiming ti as his perch for the evening unless someone showed up to disturb him. Until then, well, he was perfectly content right where he was.Kaefaux SIDE EYE AWAY, O LADY KNIGHT

On one hand, she knew she should have just kept walking. On another hand, she'd known the likelihood of running into something powered-related was significantly higher when walking through a park. Danika had really set herself up for failure when she vowed she'd not go on patrol and just go home to her boyfriend and overly stressed friend after work. But no. She spotted someone with extremely long hair lounging on a bench and though she was a fair distance away to just make out the barest shapes...
She'd gotten curious. Costume or uniform?
The Page stood in her place seconds later, moving towards the source of the aura she could now so clearly sense. She knew she was setting herself up for failure. Yet she still kept walking, still kept poking at whatever the hell was in front of her. Closing in on the senshi, it'd taken a moment before she was really able to... see them. Her stomach clenched, the knight reeling on the defensive for a split second before she went back to the rational, I've never met him before now.
Except he looked familiar. Looked like the jackass broken doll that made her see her friends dead, see Kairatos choking on his own blood, Andronicus pierced by her own weapon for turning traitor to the faction that made her turn traitor to begin with. Themiscyra was pretty sure she'd never seen the senshi before--in waking, living, ******** was also willing to bet she'd long passed the threshold of where his magic would screw her over anyways.
"Well you're a sight to see," she chirped out, putting on all the fake smiles and cheery tones she could muster. He hadn't done anything to her before. Just something that looked sorta like him. Something that never happened.
Yeah. Didn't help settle her stomach one little bit.
"Is sleeping out here really so much more preferable to a bed? Or even a chair? Library's full of comfy ones."

Kerberos frowned slightly. He felt a Page aura flare up, and he considered very seriously getting off the bench or even sitting up, but making himself more of a threat seemed like a remarkably bad idea. Also, he was pretty sure if he moved, he would notice how uncomfortable this position was and his back would start to ache.
So instead he put his hands behind his head, threw one leg over the other, and affected as much casual as he could. When she approached, he realized that he - rather unfortunately - sort of recognized her; he had seen her, once, in a battle in that strange, twisted nightmare. He didn't want to open with that, though, so instead he gave her what might have ordinarily approached a charming grin.
"I'm not sleeping," he said, "I am sobering up because I don't like going home drunk. Which is a perfectly reasonable thing to do on a park bench. And they give me weird looks at the library if I show up like this."
