xxxa. vampires can't go into sunlight without protection.
xxxb. werewolves can't change more than once a day.
xxxc. hybrids can't change at will. (or more than once a day!)
oo2. No more than sixteen characters, okay? (i know it's a lot...)
xxxa. one major position. (for now.)
xxxb. three minor positions. (one in each town)
xxxc. two hunters. (preferably on vampire & one werewolf hunter)
xxxd. four soldiers. (two in each faction)
xxxe. six apprentices/assistants. (two vampires, two werewolves, two humans)
xxxf. three miscellaneous characters. (one of each species) (i.e., mercenary, homeless, etc..)
oo3. Don't kill other peoples' characters without asking!!
oo4. Werewolves & vampires are allowed in the human world, but...
xxxa. werewolves WILL NOT change.
xxxb. vampires WILL NOT attack humans.
xxxc. NO FIGHTING between anyone!
xxxd. they ONLY go there to get fresh food and go to church and whatnot.
oo5. No one will be on the battlefield until I send out a war announcement!
oo6. Make all fights and battles realistic!
oo7. Keep your characters' mouths clean, okay? You may curse, but don't cross that line.
oo8. Romance is permitted, even encouraged. Just don't do the dirty, okay?
xxxa. Romances between different species MUST BE cleared by me!

o1o. Be somewhat literate, okay?
o11. feel free to create your own dwelling! no giant manors or castles, though.
o12. also, feel free to make your own shops! (i.e., soandso's apothecary)
