This will be a Fantasy based roleplay.

The general idea is based on Legend of Dragoon, but focused more on a story emanating Golden Sun or possibly Avatar. (the cartoon, which I have not seen.)

This was an old RP I did many years ago with old friends on a forum that no longer exists.

It featured four elements: Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water. (Golden Sun & Avatar)

The persons that could control the elements were also able to take on an elemental form; the people of the world called them Dragoon(s).

Earth Dragoons were stalwart and strong, able to have some control over the very land they walked on. They favored roles of Knighthood and nobility.

Fire Dragoons were not known for their levelheadedness and had often short tempers backed up by fierce strength. Many power hungry fire dragoons lived lives as berserkers and could level kingdoms with their brute strength.

Water Dragoons were masters of medicines and mysticism. Like Earth dragoons, they were very knowledgeable of the land around them and excelled in the role of healing others from the common cold to illnesses that could ravage both man and livestock during horrid times of plague and famine.

Wind Dragoons are the scarcest of them all, little is known about them after almost being wiped from existence by a long war against the dragoons of flame. They were gifted with the knowledge of science and longevity. Where they may appear young in age, they can be ripe with many years under their belt.

*In short, the element of the dragoon pretty much determines their element of use. Earth can control earth, fire can control fire, water can control water, wind can control weather (I'm going with weather for wind, because being able to control wind would kind of be like *makes you unable to breath, lawl I win*. So I'm going the Golden Sun route for Wind, where they were more lightning and tornadoes/gusts.

I kind of have an idea of where I want the RP to eventually climax, but it will take me a while to actually build a well rounded story... so if anyone is interested in what I've currently put down, I will come back in and post more (I will actually post, but I will also edit the OP) information as I progress the story and actually flesh it out.

(This and a few otehr RP ideas have always come back to me over the years, so I would love to actually see this go somewhere!)
