Name: Bisera
Stage: Prentice
Race: Wind Tribe
Gender: Male
3 Base Traits:
~ Creative: Bisera is a creative boy, one that has always enjoyed working alongside his father, helping the man in creating beautiful works of art for those around them to wear. He's slowly learning the tricks of the trade from the man, wanting to one day because to create the masterpieces that he is capable of. At the moment his favorite things to work with are handmade beads, carved bone, glittering jewels, and various sorts of metals. The things that he enjoys making the absolute most are one of a kind necklaces because it means going all out on each piece he makes.
~ Detail Orientated: Bisera is a bit on the obsessive side when it comes to his work. He can be seen planning pieces, sketching and re-sketching, throwing the pieces of paper out, and starting over again. Everything needs to be just so, from the shapes of each individual bead to the way that the jewels, metals, and bone match with one another. He will scrap or redo an idea from scratch if it means making it that much better.
~ Forgetful: Long, sleepless nights are something that Bisera has often. Not to mention him forgetting about eating when he is working on the planning stages of a creation. His father, seeming to understand his drive, has put some of his younger children in charge of reminding Bisera to eat, sleep, and get cleaned up. If it were up to him he would likely forget about such things completely until a piece was finished. Due to the fact that the man is about the same he can't really say anything, he has his wife to remind him of things, and Bisera has his younger siblings, it's a sort of family tradition.
Personality:
His ability to take in details is best with his work though and doesn't tend to apply to other things in his life. He's too easily distracted, especially by sparkling things, to really be able to take in everything that one might see as important. He will forget names he doesn't hear them a couple times over, miss things in conversations, and have to ask people to repeat things. He doesn't mean to be a bother to those he is chatting with but with enough time, enough interaction with a particular person, multiple meetings in fact, he will better recall those me meets with. Even after making friends with someone it's likely that he will still get distracted while in their presence but at least he will be able to better chat with them in his own way.
It's likely that there will be those that get upset with Bisera and his lack of focus, but it will be something that in a way confuses him. He doesn't mean to be a bother after all. His attempts to defuse a situation might not go smoothly since it's possible he might get distracted by something midway through his attempts. He means well, but him annoying others is going to happen. He will feel bad for it, but it's a hard thing to fix since he is what he is, a ditz that gets buried in his work and in his thoughts. Those who seem to be the best at dragging him out of his thoughts are his family members, his mother especially, who is a master of making both Bisera and his father obey her commands.
Due to the fact that he tends to be off in his own little world Bisera can appear at first glance as though he isn't a very friendly person, which isn't the case. He does enjoy talking with others, getting to know them, he just needs people that have the patience to deal with him. If a person can put up with him asking them to repeat themselves, asking their names again, and maybe even putting them to work when it comes to fetching, carrying, and gathering, then Bisera can be a really good friend.
Once he makes friends with a person he will be likely to want to make them something pretty to wear, made of materials that he feels best suit that person. Strong metals for strong people, certain colors for others, and the like. Gifting people with things, gifts made with his own hands, is something that he will have fun doing for those he cares for most. His family will get the most attention from himself, his friends as well, and of course he will keep some stuff for himself as well.
He is quite the fan of sparkling things himself, rather enjoying wearing them, and looking nice. For the moment he isn't so much dressing up for anyone in particular but instead doing so because it's fun. The only people that he doesn't make things for are his older brothers Roshan and Liorin because the few times he's tried his gifts were rejected, they don't approve of his choices, something he's learned the hard way. In the future he will strive to deal with the issues with his brothers as he grows, as well as try to follow his own path despite it, but they will always be there as the nagging voice in the back of his head that makes him question some aspects of his life.

History:
Bisera's family consists of himself, his parents, along with some older siblings and some younger, with him being near the middle. He was one of the first ones to really find himself as interested in jewel crafting as his father is, with his older brothers and sister instead arming themselves for battle against Oba, while his younger siblings are too young to really decide either way yet.
There was never really a part of him that thought about the idea of entering into battle, feeling that it wasn't for him. Bisera seems to know full well that he's far too easily distracted by shiny things and far too obsessed with his desire to create to make a good soldier. He'd likely be more of a liability then anything else in truth. It was something that was generally agreed upon by some of his family members, though his oldest two brothers seem to think a little less of him for it. The fact that he wouldn't put down his crafting tools and pick up a blade to protect their family while the war was still going on has left a rift between Bisera and his brothers, one that hasn't healed even after the war ended.
Dealing with them is likely something that he will have to deal with in the future, as well as their disappointment in him. He wants to keep moving forward though, striving toward becoming more then just a man who's following in his father's footsteps and more then just an prentice.
Bisera really wants to become a true jewelcrafter like his father, to travel the world looking for perfect materials, and create pieces for people from all of the tribes. For the time being though he is with his family in Sauti, not quite ready to strike out on his own, and often seen with one or more of his little siblings following along after him as his helpers.
Family:
Torin, Father: A jewelcrafter of some skill, Bisera wishes to emulate him and strives to one day be his equal. Can be as scatterbrained as Bisera himself is, but has Alvida to look after him and remind him of the various things he would otherwise forget himself.
Alvida, Mother: The real head of the household, a rather powerful warrior, and mother of many.
Roshan, Older Brother 1: The oldest, twin to Liorin, and a wielder of a single sword. Doesn't get along with Bisera that well these days.
Liorin, Older Brother 2: The second oldest, twin to Roshan, and a wielder of twins swords. Doesn't really get along with Bisera.
Alanor, Older Sister: Oldest daughter, a wielder of a lance, engaged to a Leaf Tribes man. She lives in Tale but visits on occasion.
Bisera, Himself: Stuck in the middle.
Nisha, Younger Sister 1: Second oldest sister, learning cooking and fighting from their mother, looks after Bisera only rarely.
Vanna, Younger Sister 2: The youngest sister, twin to Kin, spends a lot of time with Bisera looking after him with Kin. Tends to talk him into making her things.
Kin, Younger Brother 1: The youngest brother, twin to Vanna, spends a lot of time with Bisera looking after him with Vanna. Tends to sneak bites of Bisera's desserts when he's not paying attention.
Class
Going forward Bisera will be a non-combatant, instead going down the Artisan path of Prentice --> Rogue --> Artisan --> Jewelcrafter/Jewelry Smith (something akin to that) as his personal title.

He sounds really interesting and like he'll be a neat addition to Tendaji. I don't really have much to ask, but there is one thing. His personality description is really just about his working and how he works. How do these things translate to when he's around people and not buried in a workshop? How is he detail oriented when talking or engaging with someone? Is he forgetful in general or only when he is in the zone?
