DraconicFeline
The flight had not gone exactly as planned, although they were lucky it hadn't ended as badly as it could have. Vosin had come off by herself to brood. The gold Sereth's actions during the flight had seriously disturbed her and she needed to sort herself out.
Almost expected, a tiny out of place bronze followed her. Vosin chose a spot out of the way of the weyr and after Tiaeth had settled himself for a sit in the sun, she settled herself on his foreleg. Using his leg as a chair and leaning back against his chest she mostly hidden from the world.
What bothers you Vos? The male crooned to reassure his rider. Tiaeth stretched out and laid his head and neck stretched out on the ground. His eyes were blue with slight flickers of yellow as he felt his rider's emotions. I was clearly the most handsome dragon in that flight.
Her lips quirk in amusement at his boast. That you were my boy. Too bad the gold didn't see things our way hu? But that's not what's really bothering me. It's Sereth and her actions during the flight. Most particularly what she said to you. Anger flared up within her for a moment so strongly it sent flashes of red into Tiaeth's eyes. How she still wanted to strangle dragon, rider, or both whenever she thought about it.
Vos took a deep breath to calm herself. They had been lucky in so many ways. Sereth wasn't rising to mate at the same time, or they would have had a gold fight to try to stop. Evmeth hadn't taken offence to another gold in the skies with her. She still didn't know why Nersha didn't take her gold away like they usually did. What did this mean for the timeriders? It was clear Sereth was jealous of her followers. But not all of them, Vos thought bitterly to herself. Ves and her were clearly no use to the gold.
