Senshi: Diadem
Challenge: Reflect on this time.
Fuku Colour: Black
Main Color: White
Secondary Color: I would love, LOVE to see some kind of white-to-rainbow, or dilute rainbow thing going on in her fuku because she's PRISIMS, but I don't know if this is ok.
Fuku: ((See references for back up)) Heavy references to Sari and Kurti and that kind of fashion.
Collar -- Almost scarf like, starts out on one side as part of the on the shoulder piece, then wraps around and hooks to the off shoulder side of the fuku
Bow -- Understated backbow, perhaps implied to relate to a corset layer of the top.
Bodice -- Sari style top that connects to the collar as described and is paired with a straightforward corset, perhaps with detailing.
Sleeves -- Separate sleeves either bell shaped or 'princess' shaped from under arm bands.
Brooch -- Triangular crystal?
Bottoms -- Ankle length pants similar style to the under-corset top, detailed cuffs would be awesome, light patterning on the pants optional.
Tiara -- Circlet (add refractive cut gems? IDK)
Choker -- Cloth choker maybe with a clear crystal for more refraction
Shoes -- Little ornate slippers
Gloves -- No gloves
Accessories -- Ornate dangly earrings would be awesome, possibly reflected also in pins or buttons to hook the transparent overlay to the corset. Colors and beading encouraged.
I really kind of want to see some rainbow and or white detailing because she's a prism themed senshi, they refract light. I also kind of wanted to go with some hints toward Indian culture because they make AMAZING designs, they fit Vanhi's background, and they are often amazingly colorful. Silv did an cool idea of her own with a princess fit top with long sleeves (I like the corset idea and maybe some kind of glove or false sleeve) but I do really like the pants thing she has going on, which ties back into the feel I was going or.
There's a lot of room for an artist to pull ideas from both of these. Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Diadem's Divide
-Diadem braces her feet and stands firm in the face of incoming attacks raising her hands in front of her as she does so, which calls up an glittering wall between her and her attacker. The attack is not stopped, but it's refracted aside, away from Diadem herself, to hit someone else (or something else). This works best at her own level, and with decreasing success tiered to higher levels. Diadem herself cannot move during this attack or it will disrupt the magic. If another enemy is available, the magic will attempt to target the attack to them (friendly fire!) but if not, there's a chance it will be refracted to one of Diadem's allies instead. (ouch!)
This includes physical attacks, and only works on one attacker.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Diadem's Refraction.
Similar effects to the lower level, but much brighter. At this level the refraction can either refract to another attacker or to the original attacker, and shields both Diadem and those standing -immediately- next to her (like personal bubble failure close) It works on both physical attacks and magical, and works as a very brief 'bubble' of light, though the actual shape is functionally more triangular, like a prism, with Diadem's outstretched hands toward the point.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Diadem's Glory
As per the first level, Diadem summons a glittering shield which fires off incoming attacks in random directions, with a preference for the person or people attacking her, but will not refract to her allies normally. ((There is however a chance of friendly fire if this is kicked off in a mass battle. There's only so much her magic can do against the forces of disorganization and being in the line of fire.)) This attack works best on her level or lower, and may fail, or work incompletely against a higher level attack.
As with other levels, her power works for both physical and magical attacks.
