Description:
A door suddenly appeared in a place in the hall where in shouldn't be an, to all rights, shouldn't fit. Inside was something kindred to a dungeon, with stone walls that rose several stories high in a very regal fashion. There were mountains of books stacked everywhere they would fit and on the far wall a desk where it looked like the most important books were kept along with some papers. The room was illuminated by torch light from elegant golden braziers that showed that every stone was gilded with gold to where the room had a very royal feeling. There was also a very large station in the corner with a cauldron for heaven knows what. And for the moment, there were desks and chair, albeit not very comfortable looking but usable ones. To a student, it would look like a gilded cage. To the teacher, it was the perfect place to do things unnoticed, with all the comforts of home.

Loki walked about his new classroom, seemingly pleased with where he'd put things and how he'd designed it though he didn't appear entirely happy. He had agreed to this position of teaching lesser beings but he in no way was excited about it. He always kept his deals however and this was not different. His promises on the other hand were a different story.
Honey walked into the classroom, looking around. "Um...hello? Is this the New Magic Class?" he asked the teacher, making sure that he had the right room as it would be embarrassing if it wasn't. He really wanted to make a good impression.
Loki turned sharply with a flourish of his long black leather coat. The tarnished gold metal of his armor glinted against the fire light as he turned a scrutinizing gaze to the first student to arrive. He was silent for a long moment as he gazed at the boy with a knowing and knowledgeable look before putting on a very wide grin, "Yes. You have indeed found the Magic Class. Congratulations." His voice was elegant with a British accent though it held a bit of a condescending tone.
Honey blinked at the tone of his new teacher but he didn't let it bother him. "Well, that's good. I would hate to be late on the first day, yes?" he replied happily, clapping his hands together and smiling brightly at Loki.

Loki squinted at the boy for a moment before simply continuing on, stepping towards the student with an easy stride, "You are a smart one. I do not approve of tardiness, however, the lucky child to arrive last will have the pleasure of assisting me. I hear visual aids help mortals learn." Though Loki had a quite charming smile on his face it wasn't at all pleasant nor was the subtext to his words. He halted his tall lanky form just in front of the boy and inclined his head in a very regal fashion.
The young tiger humanoid blinked in surprise at his teacher's words. "Ah, so you're a god then?" he replied, taking a step back to put some distance between them. "That's why your aura is different from most of the people here." he added, more to himself than anything. He felt sorry for a student who was ever late this class.

Loki nearly had to suppress a laugh, "How perceptive of you. An admiral trait.. as well as an annoying one. Though perhaps you can be amusing to me. Your kind does have it's uses." Loki's words were laced with hints, taunts really. Teasing the boy to see if he'd bite. Whether they held true value or if the trickster was just that was impossible to say.
Honey felt his inner beast bristling at Loki's words but kept a smile on his face. "My kind? I'm afraidiI do not!know what you mean." he replied with a tilt of his head. If the god meant being mortal, he find that he was anything but, then again he decided to play along to see how far Loki was willing to go.

Loki turned his back to the boy and walked back up to the front of the class, "How adorable of you. Unfortunately, lying wont get you very far with me boy. I happen to be the patron deity of such things. Though please continue to try if you wish to test my senses." Loki arrived at his desk and opened up an over-sized tomb, it's inner writings nothing but runes. The god gave very little information but seemed to let a bit slip, just enough for curiosity and though he walked about with an air of disinterest he was quite amused with the game. Loki let his finger trail over the runes on the page as he played his hand, "Interestingly enough, to do well in my class you must be the most brilliant liar the realms have ever seen. Ironically though, you must first be utterly and entirely honest with me."
Honey twitched at being called adorable. He hated that word as his mother would say the same and then attempt to squeal and hug him to death. His curiosity was peaked when he saw the runes but kept his curiosity in check as it had the tedancy to override his commonsense most times. There was a growl in the back of his mind, which he told to be quiet under his breath. "I see." was his only reply to the statement.

Loki turned back to the student with a curious look in his eyes as he scrutinized him further. He had not expected such a short answer which led him to believe the boy had reacted to his words he was simply hiding it. Loki's powers of perception were unmatched but in all honesty perception is just really good guess work. It's only when you add it to Loki's other talents things get scary. "Well then, it appears your fellow compatriots are going to be late or perhaps deemed it unwise to show themselves here. Either way the lesson will begin on schedule. I have pledged to teach you younglings and I shall but first I must know what you can withstand and I can find that out two ways," Loki stated before waving his hand and dismissing the desks and chairs from the room and a flash of green smoke, "I could throw things at you, cast every curse I can thing of, send you to all the nine realms to see how you fair, torment your mind till it breaks.... or you can simply answer my questions." Loki ended his statement with almost a cute smile that would seem sweet on anyone else but on him it was down right creepy.
Honey just stared at him before shaking his head. "You're a ray of joy, aren't you?" he replied, his Reyes flashing gold briefly before returning to their blue color. "Hm. I think I'll take the questions if its all the same to you, please." he added, completely ignoring the creepy smile that appeared on Loki's face or the fact that it made his inner beast growl in warning not that Loki would know.

Loki noted every physical reaction before he gave a cheerful motion, not seeming deterred by the sarcasm. He took a few steps forward into the now large empty space and placed his hands behind his back, "Why not make a game of it? My favorite in fact. It will show me just how... smart you are, and it has mutual benefit if your clever. Besides, learning should be fun correct?"
Deveraux slid into class with little to no grace and grunted as he landed against a desk with his hip. "Well...that could have ended worse." He muttered as he straightened himself up and fixed his clothing.
