Personality: Mourou is a very laid back and easy going person, but he has a touch of venom and sarcasm to his voice. It's a cover for how uneasy he is about how he compares to the other Shinigami. This also translates into battle, as he pretends to be superior in physical combat, but in actuality he's a novice. However, this does not stop him from being strong and even heroic against bigger enemies than he.
History: Tsukige remembers only one thing from his life before death: he liked to ride horses. He would have dreams about riding them every night during the first few years of his time in Rukongai. For the longest time, he played assistant to a merchant but eventually quit to 'do something better with my life- death- whatever.' He had heard that if there ever was a profession one could take pride in, it was being a Shinigami of the Gotei 13. Tsukige set off for Seireitei to apply to the Academy, and was accepted with less than open arms - Tsukige came from no Family, had no talent at all for fighting or energy control. However, he made up for it with a knack for off-the-wall plans and maneuvers, finding weaknesses in foes that even they didn't know about! While he didn't graduate at the top or even middle of his class, he was known among many as a 'clown with many tricks and guises'.
