We will be adding functionality that allows you to select en masse! Keep an eye out for it tomorrow!
Stacking as you suggest probably won't be implemented though as they are two different items altogether, even though it's part of the same EI family.

We recently did a mass grant for some users who are missing their achievements and will continue to do so for users missing them. Users who have filed these tickets have had their achievements granted, if you are still missing the achievement, file the ticket and we’ll be happy to assist.

We actually don't remember why we removed this achievement but it did go away with a lot of the achievements that encouraged spam. We could consider it bringing it back with some tweaks though.

With Paws now having the option to remove the ears from their avatar through the Hear No Evil item, is there a possibility to make such an item for the humanoid base? Some of us enjoy putting animals ears on our avatars and don't want "human" ears to show, so this limits us to wigs and hairstyles that hide the base avatar ears. I saw this thread about it in Site Feedback, and it seemed like a good idea to me. I don't know much about how layering works, so this might be entirely out of the question, but I thought I'd ask just in case it might be.

That's a good idea and something we can do some looking into. I know that for animals it's much easier due to ears being on a separate layer from the head while human ears I think are painted on to the head. I will ask our art team!

What is the point of having a Reporting Bugs Sub-Forum if you don't even keep it updated?
The last thread made for reporting bugs was the week of Jul 22nd - Jul 28th 2014.
It is now December, and only a couple of weeks away from the new year.
We have people reporting bugs in the latest thread but the dates don't even match.
People posting all the way into November shouldn't have to post in an outdated thread from the summertime.
Having your Bug Report Forum being so outdated and unmaintained gives off the impression that you're lazy and don't care about existing glitches and issues, it does not send out a good message to the newer members at all.

I notice that when you guys close the thread, it will remain closed at least for 10 sometimes even 20 minutes.
Then it still closes around 5pm sharp your time.
That 10 or 20 minutes factors in the time we spend asking questions, and you closing the thread down to catch up takes away from our time that you promised us to ask questions.

I can understand the frustration. We chose Monday 4PM to 5PM because it was the most convenient time for us to get together and answer questions. When it does get locked, just sit tight, and as soon as it opens back up you will be able to post your question. After 5PM, when we close the thread for good, we often do continue to answer questions for a short while, however after 5pm some staff do have other obligations.

Outside of the abusive messages, the old engraving system was from 2003/2004 and we don't have the code to support it any longer which is why we would not have it make a come back.

Alchemy, is it possible to remove the failed attempts chances when crafting formulas under your skill level. I'm at max level 10 in Alchemy and I still fail at doing recipes, even Level 1. Max 10s are supposed to have masted the art, why so many fails?

We browse the site with ads on as well and have never actually come across any malware ads, so if you see them we definitely encourage you to report them. The guide to reporting ads can be found here. We do remove any malicious ads that are reported and any ads that we come across ourselves when we browse Gaia.
As for the ads grants, we will be more diligent in letting users know when grants will be going on and when they won't be. This way users can feel comfortable about when they want to disable their adblock.

We've been trying to look into this but we have not been able to reproduce the issue at all. For the time being, go ahead and file a ticket at our Help Center to request how many Grab Bags you'd like and we can go ahead and credit them to your account. If you are referring to the Unique Charms that were released in the summer then the answer is no- not in this event! However they will be released in other events in the future and we are going to continue to offer rewards for them.
Then is the Cheery Sweater not supposed to be for Unique Charms?
Why would you have an item that requires you to have saved charms from a 6 month old event?
I'm sure there's people who have joined between now and then who would want it, and there aren't enough Unique and Wildcard Charms on the MP to meet the demand for the supply.
Unless the sweater is going to be a permanent addition to GoFusion, this seems like a mistake.
Its very likely that we will rotate the sweaters out eventually but we won't be pulling it until well after the winter event is over.

However, if you have multiple pages, like me, when you move something onto a page, it bumps the items at the end of the page onto the last page and not onto the next page as expected.

Let the limited items get bought by people who have gold but no gcash, but can't afford the insane amount they are being sold for in the MP?

Right now the items are common and have no value, no one really buys the keys anymore because of this and that means you're loosing profit. Can you start updating them?

We've always allowed a slight level risque or sexuality for users to embrace in as long as it doesn't cross a line. It's why we allow users to talk about sex with others as long as it isn't graphic. The items created are not created in order to actually promote sexual activity that crosses this line and are within our acceptable standards. Heck, there have been some items that we've actually had to ask not be released because they were too sexual. However, when users engage in sexual activity it crosses the line from an acceptable level of risque to flat out explicit content which is why we have our rules in place.

The rings can currently be unbound by visiting the zOMG! landing page. Unused potions people bought will be refunded. An announcement or Staff Notice will go out when this is ready.

Does updating a report ticket with additional information stall the wait time for a response? I have new information to add, but I don't think I would want to do that if It will make me wait even longer to hear back

It does not, it just adds a new comment to the ticket for us to reference.

Is there a glitch report thread for the holiday event? I've already run into quite a few bugs including:
- Clicking the link leads to nowhere or a copy of the same page I'm on instead of opening a window.
-When it opens a window the window is blank
-Every gift grant seems to be a general error
