Personality: Cruel and sometimes sadistic but very rule driven. he will never break any rule that is set for him by him and there are a few, and if made to swear and oath he will keep it. Though he is rather deranged and rather crazy.
Types of Abilities / Powers: Intrinsic to a lich is the powers of immortality and POWERFUL magic, elemental and otherwise, he has had a lot of time to gather magical abilities.
Danger Level: Very high, Solomon thrives on death and violence any reason is as good as the best to start a fight so long as he gets to cause problems, however when bound by rules this can be very very different.
Power Level: True Immortals - No Color, HOWEVER, one certain very specific rule can break him down to such a low level even Cirno could wup his butt with relative ease.
Solomon is a Lich in according to Christian mythology meaning he is utterly alergic to the divinity from Christian symbolism. Other Gods and certain anti undead magics will effect him but so much as land a drop of holy water on his clothes or within ten feet of him and all his power is subdued and his power drops to just barely above a child's as his entire being is racked with unbearable pain that normally he would not be capable of feeling.
Friendship Level: High, however seeing that he has a high tenancy to try and eat his friends or to just cause chaos and destruction wherever he goes not many are willing to be his friend, he is very friendly but literally he is mentally insane and sees no problems with killing those he can confidently call friends. so recap High friendship level VERY low and near nonexistant friend count. though he may just for fun not kill a friend or put off killing/trying to kill a person for random not too well known reasons.

Bio:
Solomon was born in the very early dark ages in what is now present day England as a noble, after a very long process of studying in secret, learning from every prisoner ready to be burned for witchcraft he began to understand magic and practice it. After he became quite adept at it he learned of a special spell that would make him immortal. He did not however understand that it would not extend his life but end it and allow his conscious mind to continue living. After he achieved Lichdom he escaped to a place similar to Gensokyo, only it was strictly for the undead, it was known as the black Citadel and plainly, time had utterly no meaning there. Over thousands of years he became far more powerful and utterly insane. Finally he left the Black Citadel and after a few short decades of running into trouble and trying not to remind all of humanity that magic existed he came to the land of Gensokyo drawn in by its powerful magics and potential for him to eat and play.

This character profile does need some changes, unlike your first one, however, it is also very well done. As Solomon is a character that possesses immortality, the color is being changed from violet to colorless and will be cast into the category of "True Immortal." The reasoning is because although you attain a high amount of elemental magic and other kinds of magic, your character can still survive and move along aside from any additional attacks or encounters they would seem to have from non-holy youkai and the like. However, this does not change the amount of power or powers they possess. I also change it to this color because it is not up to par in any way, in my opinion with Yukari. Although Kaguya Houraisan is extremely powerful, she is put into the immortals the exact same reason you are.
Another little issue is, if you are a Lich youkai, you must probably have some sort of cloak, or something hiding your skin, as Lich are depicted as being clearly cadaverous, bodies desiccated or completely skeletal. Will you incorporate this into the character? With how your character's personality is, it counteracts with the area they decide to live in. Why is the Human Village their location, with such an unpredictable kind of personality, as well as their danger level? They could easily cause chaos and make things spiral out of control in a heartbeat.

aye totally forgot about the colorless thing lol as for the rest. technically he is not a youkai just as the scarlet sisters are not ^_^ though yeah you did point out a few flaws I had not thought of, I blame it entirely on my lack of sleep XD however I intend this person to experience a few events that will lead him to being stuck in the scarlet mansion under rules that prevent his rampaging seeing that rules are one of his weaknesses. and Solomon hides his natural skeletal form by usually consuming the flesh of others and forming the biological matter into a fake skin that he can change to look the way he wishes. This prevents anyone ever being able to just walk up and go "holy hell a walking magical skeleton!!!" but yes when he fights his makeshift flesh usually rips off or if he cant care for the flesh it rots off over time. he really is a walking skeleton but hes just wearing a flesh suit so to speak. I actually have a picture for him in his human form and one for his lich form.

aye I edited the colorless thing Ill put another location in there pronto though he would still be acting generally the same. if he just up and attacks an entire world of magic users right off the bat without learning anything about them he is plainly asking for trouble. but yeah still I change the location ^_^
