A very nice, peaceful and cool area up in the sky, this place has a few different layers of clouds. if you manage to find it through the various cloud layers, you may find Heaven, a really flowery place with a few hills and a celestial village. Also, not too far from there you can find the Dragon Palace floating about with Dragons flying around it. Fly up in the sky, if you can!
