A "table of contents" if you will. Who has an Eidolon-Makai, who the Guardian is and where their notebook is in the timeline of things.

"Premade Eidolon-Makai Essence Ideas"
Kavortaine traveled the universes for a while, collecting Essences while on his journey after his discovery that the Ku can absorb Essences. Now that Kavortaine has settled down in Ethaos, the Essences sit in the fridge,waiting for use. These ideas for Eidolon-Makai Essences are pre-formed ideas that have characters that go with them. Feel free to use these Essences as a starting point for coming up with your own. If you really like one of these ideas, feel free to ask if you can use one.
Mountain Snow: This snow was taken from the highest peak in the Ridge Mountains; Collegiate on the planet Areth, formerly known as Earth. It's a purified Essence because it fell from the celestial realm and glitters without sunlight.
A Haunting Dream: This tainted Essence of a bad dream does not mean its a nightmare. A nightmare constitutes fear whereas this dream was more disturbingly thought-provoking. The dream lingers in the mind as memorable or unsettling and continues to haunt the dreamer as though it was still dream.
Pnuema-Aethyre (cosmic breath): This purified Essence is the cosmic spirit of the universe. This Essence was found on the outskirts of the Web Mao system, by the edge of the galaxy and is the expansion of the breath that brings health, joy and well-being to the natural grace of the being.
Sekpoli (the breath of life): This Essence of purified air is the source of all life. It's a breath that breathes all life into existence. The reason this breath is special is because it breathed mortal life into the Gods of Alopin.
Cedar Branch ( World Tree ): Also known as Yggdrasil, the branch of the Cedar Tree is a special Essence because it was taken from the World Tree in the Gnress Garden. Kavortaine found this Garden within the Chaos of Vladeda in the Lith Sen System before it became a colony of Dar Bor.
Raging Winds: This tainted Essence of storm-force winds brings destruction to the natural environments it blows through. However, it is stuck in a valley as a tornado, which is where Kavortaine found it. The valley has been eroded so much that it sits below the rest of the area that would be near its elevation. This disastrous wind meant no one could inhabit the area and since Kavortaine captured this Essence, life has returned to the valley.
