My scroll boxes are messed up! I don't know why, but whatever I do, It's just like on top of each other!

Your Friends and Comments sections are positioned with absolute positioning:

Either you're going to want to adjust the placement or change it to relative positioning.

Also, I edited your post to stop the page stretching with the link. To have links show up properly, you just need to wrap the link in a color code:

[color=blue][url=LINK URL]TEXT[/url][/color]
