The most northern structure in the Neoven Empire. It houses Meta-Humans and Meta-Human Supporters that have been captured within the Empire. Some of these prisoners have been trapped in these walls for years. The Prison is laid out against a mountainside. A lengthy clearing surrounds the prison not allowing for any cover, this makes it easier to see those who approach and escape. Prison guards are highly armed and each prisoner is secured. There has only been one ever recorded escape from this prison.
