but maybe not right this second. i'm weaning myself and i want to quite entirely. to be honest, i'm not sure i have the strength to quit. i want the strength. i consider alternatives - sucking candy, lobelia, etc.. but i still don't know that i have the self-control. i'm an addict at heart.

-{ seven pounds }-

i've been battling my weight for a long time. i started using hydroxycut, eating 6x a day, and exercising for 30 minutes every day. i've lost 7 pounds so far. i have a long way to go. i don't want to admit how much i have to lose or how much i weigh now. that's too embarrassing~!!

but i am happy that i've lost weight!
