So, while on the Dragon Age wiki, I stumble upon this:

At the moment, the article doesn't have much information, but what is there is as follows (isn't really a spoiler, but I'll hide it just in case):

Cremisius Aclassi, also known as Krem, is a member of the Chargers under Iron Bull.

Krem is described by Iron Bull as fitting the Qunari concept of "Aqun-Athlok", meaning that he was assigned female at birth but lives as a male. He is referred to as the Iron Bull's lieutenant, and is played by Jennifer Hale.
