At the salon. There's a link under 'My Gaia' at the top. I think it's 250 to change hairstyles.

Ah, you may already know this,...but to get an idea for Cloud's clothing, you can go to [ tektek.org ] and go to the "dream" thing...then make a Cloud avi! and voila! you've got some clothing ideas!!
You can also add those clothes to your wishlist on Gaia...and it does it all for you! whee

This is what I got: The shirt is at Gambino Outfitters, the belt, shoes, and the gloves are at the Durem Depot. I don't know where the pants can be found, and I think the suspenders are at H&R Wesley.
