Aedelric had always been a playful child growing up, loving playing jokes and pranks on people. It was much to his parents dismay, but he was always a Momma's boy. He would often shirk chores in order to do something more fun, becoming very irresponsible from an early age. He is very easy going because of this. Of course, when he impressed, he became a little more responsible, at least following through on things.
With his outgoing personality and good looks, A'ric is very flirtatious and one of his favorite times are during flights. However, no matter how much he likes someone, he isn't the 'relationship' kind of guy. A slight fear of commitment lies deep from his connection with his family. He will probably always have a callous regard towards his family, parents and siblings.
History: Being searched at age 16, Aedelric was happy to be leaving home. It wasn't that he didn't like where he lived, it was more of a problem with who he lived with.
From a young age, his father had expected much of him, and much to his disappointment, Aedelric was not what a father would want in a first born son. He was playful, a joker, hardly a serious bone in his body. While he would work when he absolutely had to, the moment he could get away or find an excuse to stop he would. His mother was often a source of it, as he was very much a "momma's boy" but all that would change when his siblings were born. First, was a brother, which delighted his father to no end as he finally had the son he wanted. Being 9 years difference in age, Aedelric didn't bond much with his brother, especially as he was under his father's careful eye. A year later, his first sister was born, and when he turned 15, his last sibling was born. Aedelric's mother was ecstatic to have girls and soon had no time to pay attention to Aedelric. He only ever kept an eye on his sisters to make sure nobody was picking on them and would only intervene when absolutely necessary. Otherwise, he didn't care much for his siblings.
Being searched could have possibly been the best thing that could have happened to Aedelric. It provided the structure he desperately didn't know he needed and lead him to be a bit more serious about the tasks he was assigned, at least finishing them to their entirety. He was pretty well liked by most, though his sense of humor gaining him a few enemies.
When the Dragonplague happened, it actually worried the easy going candidate. At least until he was carted off to the desert for Hiraeth's clutch away from most of the sickness. It was in this surprising territory that he impressed brown Voroith.
Throughout the next 11 years, the pair would go through much together. First the civil war and then beginning to prepare for threadfall. Voroith was always that roadblock A'ric lacked before, someone to firmly tell him no when he was going too far. So with his dragon A'ric become a little more responsible and didn't always overstep his bounds. While not being the most on task, he wasn't in any of the higher wings as they all knew he wouldn't be good for that much serious work.
When the time riders appeared, however, A'ric regarded them with an air of mystery. Who knew time travel had been possible? Their tiny dragons were sometimes the butt of his jokes but they were all meant in fun of course, as he actually had some respect for them having left their home time and tried to settle in when they had been dropped despite some fervently opposing.

Feel of voice: Voroith's voice is the quiet at night when everything is asleep, the dripping of water into a still cave pool that could lull one to sleep, steady and rhythmic, yet somehow strong.
Appearance:
Personality: The biggest thing about Voroith, is that he's kind of like A'ric's "Jimminy Cricket" in that he tries to keep his rider under control. He's the roadblock when A'ric tries to go too far. In some of A'ric's less involved pranks, Voroith actually enjoys them as they normally lead other people to laugh, as long as its normally at A'ric's expense Voroith is more than happy to help.
He has a strong will and sense of right and wrong that often has grey areas from where A'ric has tried to convince him of things. He isn't easily persuaded, but he will listen to someone's argument as he might just learn something! Because of A'ric's shenanigans, Voroith isn't even quite sure that "love" is something that exists. Sure he participates in flights because he feels lust but that's not love.
In short, Voroith has a sense of humor, but also a deep seated sense of seriousness.
