--Near the Head Quarters or Main building of the Eleventh Division lies the only place within the territory of the division that does not look bleak. The Hot Springs formally known as "Osen". The Eleventh Division hot springs are surprisingly well-maintained. It is regularly renovated and kept in pristine conditions. It is spacious with multiple indoor and outdoor springs and surrounded by a peaceful forest. Though not on par with the fourth division's treatments, the water does possess restorative properties and can heal minor injuries, rid one of minor infections as well as reinvigorate its patrons. A locker room is available for Shinigami to store their belongings though it is suggested that they bring their own locks. Rules state that one must rinse their body prior to entering the springs so as to not affect the water quality. Fighting and roughhousing is strictly prohibited and anyone who disobeys this rule will have to deal with the Kenpachi himself and are subjugated for punishment of a cruel nature.
