Covered from head to toe even though winter had yet to show its face, Nailah hurried through the streets as fast as she could manage. There was still some daylight but each day it got darker and darker earlier, the youma were enjoying themselves a lot more now a day’s too. Today though, had been quite peaceful. There was no youma, nega, or senshi in sight and overall a very boring day for her standards. Maybe she ought not to complain, her father was going to be traveling overseas and even this kind of day was going to be the highlight of her day with him around.
nailahwas making her way back to the little hideout she kept her backpack in; thankfully she’d packed a few nuts and would be able to munch on those as she made her way back home. A shadow passed over her and she glanced up narrowing her eyes. Had she just dreamed of seeing someone passing over her in the alley? Her food could wait; she powered up and jumped to onto the shortest building spotting the figure. “Hey wait!” She could have sworn she’d seen another Dark Moon senshi, Ubasti followed after the person.

This wasn't cold for Machholz. She liked it much, much colder. After all, ice skating got you used to cold, dressed in those small outfits there wasn't much between you and the ice. So, she walked the darker alleyways in her powered up for, trying to scout out someone to drain of energy. So far Machholz hadn't had an opportunity to do that, she wasn't sure how. Maybe she needed to ask Leto how she was supposed to do it... Just as she rounded a corner, Machholz got a blast of sudden energy and had someone caling out to her. Turning on her heel, the senshi of poison moved deeper into the shadow of the alleyway, thankful the streetlights didn't come here and waited to see who it was.

As Ubasti rounded a corner she paused, dang it she’d lost the person. She could still feel a linger of energy though, so perhaps the person was still around and simply hiding? “It’s no use hiding!” She called out to the darkness; she didn’t dare step further into the alleyway. She was not going to step into a trap or some set up, one bruised side was enough for her thank you very much. “I’m Dark Mirror.” Her eyes scanned the alleyway; if she was right and the other person was another DMC then they would hide from her right?

I'm Dark Mirror."Machholz almost laughed in relief before stepping out. Her hair settled down around her in white and green waves that ended just below her rump. "Fancy meeting another one here," she said casually, looking the other girl over. She'd never seen this one before, but Machholz didn't know everyone yet. This one had an Egyptian look about her. Interesting. "I'm Machholz.."

Good, her eyes weren’t tricking her, she had seen another Dark Mirror senshi jumping about. “It’s good to see a friendly face.” Ubasti offered the girl a smile. She rarely ran into another DMC, she’d always assumed they were much rarer than senshi or the negaverse. Which sucked really because she’d rather partner up with another senshi from the dark mirror than collect energy by herself. “Ubasti, nice to meet you.” She wondered briefly what the girl’s powers were, that was what fascinated her the most about any type of senshi. She wanted to know what powers they all had. She'd ask later when they were a bit friendlier. “Are you out hunting or energy collecting?”

"I'm... sort of just out, honestly." Machholz shrugged. She knew she should be collecting energy but she hadn't done that at all since she was corrupted. Her hands went behind her back to toy with her hair in a sheepish manner before grinning. "Ubasti.." Machholz had to repeat for so she could memorize it. After a moment the green and black clad senshi laughed. "I don't suppose you'd want to show me how? Or even spar. I feel rusty." The last time Machholz felt this rusty she'd gotten seriously injured. Thus the scar on her face and the hidden ones. "I mean, I know that's rather sudden, but I just feel the need to do something. I've been really idle lately..."

The question caught Ubasti off guard, she herself was just a regular dark mirror senshi. She wasn’t even a super and the other girl seemed like she was. How come she didn’t know how to collect energy? She’d been a dark mirror for a while, sure how she could upgrade to super like some of the others. Which was why she’d decided to really start being serious about collecting energy and learning to fight. Perhaps this could be a start, teach her how to collect energy and then a few more fights and she’d power up even stronger. “Sure, it’s really easy. No one’s taught you before you became a super?”
Ubasti was walking closer to Machholz now and that’s when she noticed the girl’s scars. She glanced at them but looked away to be polite. “We could also spar if you like, I got injured a little while ago so I might be a bit slower. Plus, you’re a super and I’m not there yet.” But she was strategic and it had helped her keep her when she fought enemies. Again though, she felt like maybe helping her was part of becoming a super. After all the older dark mirror senshi did just that, taught the new senshi. “We might want to find a more secluded place to spar though, civilians can get pretty annoying.”

Aaah, that was the question now, wasn't it? She flushed and flustered a bit before biting her lip. "No. Uh... I wasn't.. a Dark Mirror Senshi before." That's really all she could answer with. She started dusting off her dress of the imaginary dust and basically trying to shrink down in the tiniest form she could while still standing. Machholz was embarrassed she didn't know how to do the basic things of a Dark Mirror Senshi like that, but, here she was. Machholz did brighten up at the mention of sparring and she nodded. "I won't use magic on you, don't worry. I...am poison, so I don't want to injure members of our side, yes?" She giggled a little and then looked around, nodding. "Of course. I know of this parking lot where it'd be perfect. No one goes there at night. Of course, we can't mirror walk there, as.. parking lot. Not a whole lot of mirrors, but it's not to bad of a walk." Tasinei (If you want, you can skip the traveling and just have them be at the parking lot?)

Oh. Ubasti blinked a few times before a large smile appeared on her face. “Welcome to the family then!” It always warmed her heart when she learned that a White Moon senshi had come to their sense and joined the Dark Mirror. “Then it’ll be my pleasure to teach you.” Whoever had brought her over to their side should have at least taught her the basics, but it didn’t bother Ubasti teaching the older senshi how to get things done. “Do you know how to summon your mirrorwraith?” That was probably step number one, without a wraith things wouldn’t get done.
“Poison? Wow that must leave quite the nasty scar.” Ubasti winked at her. “I won’t use my magic either. Mine’s aridity. Leaves you with an itch.” She made a face. Sometimes she found her powers to be totally below average, why couldn’t she get something cool like poison too? “That sounds good to me.” Ubasti followed behind Machholz until they reached the parking lot. It was indeed empty as she had predicted. “This is good.” They’d have plenty of space. “Do you know any fighting techniques or any fighting skills in particular?” Ubasti still hadn’t taken up any fighting styles. She needed to get on that.Saint Sergio ( Time skipped to the parking lot! Sorry this took so long, no net at home.)

Machholz stretched herself out once she stepped onto that parking lot and then grinned a little. "I do a lot of mixed things. I've learned from a few people and... Take self defense lessons in my spare time." If there was one thing the white haired woman hated, was being caught off guard and not being able to protect herself. Erythrite didn't need the worry. Lord knows that woman had a lot on her mind already. Once they were about half way in the parking lot, Mach turned on her heel and got in her defensive stance. Her feet were spread apart and bent, her hands in fists near her face and she just grinned. "Okay, so rush at me, and show me what you got."

There it was, Ubasti made a face. She really did need to take up a fighting style or some self defense classes if she wanted to keep up with all these senshis and negaverse. It also meant she was going to get her butt handed to her even if they were just sparring for fun. Which was not fun and really kicked her mind into gear for thinking of ways she’d be able to at least hold up her own. Ubasti tried to copy Machholz stance thought it felt awkward for her to be doing it and then looked at her. “Okay.” There was a slight hesitation on her part before she launched herself at the other senshi and aimed for a left hook to the girls jaw. She didn’t know if she had to hold back in her hits, so she didn’t put as much force into the punch as she would with a real enemy.

With the help of magic, Ubasti was pretty quick, but still slow enough that Machholz shifted her upper half to one side and the punch didn't land. What happened next was Mach dropped to the floor and swept her leg out from under her, hopefully knocking Ubasti to the floor, or the other girl would be off balance and end up stumbling around. "You're quick, but you can be quicker," the white haired senshi called. "Don't throw your punches. Take me down like I was White Moon!"

Saint Sergio My replies should be a lot faster with finals done! Ubasti’s eyes went wide as the girl managed to dodge the punch and then watched helplessly as the other girl took right down in one single movement. She landed heavily on the floor before rolling quickly and getting back up. But Machholz had gotten her, the other girl was good, Ubasti had to give her that. Though she was also a super and there was some degree of vary between their powers. Frustration crossed her features briefly before she launched herself at the girl again, this time making sure she got in as quickly and as closely as she could and aiming for a kick to her side.

The amount of frustration on the other girls face took the Poison senshi by surprise and Machholz actually felt that kick hit her side, the same side that her scar was on. The pain she felt shouldn't have been from just the kick. Her mind was playing tricks on her. Machholz could almost feel that blade slicing into her skin again and for a moment she just stood there, gasping and gripped her side, her face pale. It took a moment for her to look up at the other before flashing a smile to show she was actually okay. She did, however, hold up a hand with a single lace bound finger held up to indicate one moment. That ...was unexpected. "Just a moment.." Taking a deep breath, looking up to the sky, Machholz scrubbed her hands over her face again before nodding. "Well that was a handy move."

The kick flew, landed, and Ubasti retreated seeing the girl was in real pain. Had she also suffered an injury to her side? Looked it she had, maybe it was a Dark Mirror thing. If it was she was going to have to be careful and really watch her sides from now on, it was still just a theory but an odd coincidence as well. “Are you okay?” Machholz gave her a smile but Ubasti wasn’t really convinced. Maybe they shouldn’t be spring in case they seriously did injure themselves. If they injured each other now they’d have nothing left for the real threat.
“Are you okay? Are you sure you still want to keep going. We’ve both sustained past injuries to our sides so might be best not to push ourselves too much.” Ubasti was curious to know how the other girl had injured her side as well. Could it really be called a coincidence if a Nega agent had caused the injury to Machholz? Either way, best to be prudent. Some said it was better to apologize later than ask for permission but if something bad happened later on they might not even be able to apologize later.
