Wakahisa Underground Laboratory, Research and Development Center of the Gotei 13.:
-- This is Wakahisa Labs, the underground laboratory of the Twelfth Division R&D members. Within are all of the inventions created in the past years, and those that have yet to go beyond doodles on a piece of napkin. Within Wakahisa Labs, weapons are prohibited to be drawn, and extreme force is used if need be due to what is within Wakahisa Labs. Much of the Laboratory is still under construction, and the doorways are locked tight to these areas. Rukia Wakahisa is usually in the "Lead Developer Office" within the Wakahisa Labs. If not there, she may be in the Biome, looking over and tending to the plants left to her by the previous Captain.
