So you may or may not have read that I am trying to go vegan. Trying being the keyword here. xD Being lazy and vegetarian is hard enough. xD I am not really into cooking these days, I like stuff I can nuke in the microwave. So I'm going to start a list of foods which are easy to cook or require no cooking. I will label each food to show if it is vegetarian, vegan, organic or GMO-Free.
Guide=  = Vegetarian  = Vegan  = Organic  = GMO Free

Drinks:"Milk" -One problem I have with milk substitutes is almost all contain carrageenan. None that I have listed contain this harmful ingredient. I won't go on about what it can do to you, but you can look it up for yourself if you like. --------------------------------- Tempt Hemp Milk ---------------------------------

If you or anyone need tips on how to make your own non dairy milk (homemade almond milk, homemade oat milk, etc) feel free to ask me! Carrageenan (sp?) is absolutely terrible for you and it's not that hard to make your own substitutes.

Cinderful sweatdrop Okay I feel like a moron. What in the world is Hemp? eek I thought people made ropes out of that. Now they drink it?! Hemp is an amazing plant with a variety of uses. It is also known as cannabis. xd The fibrous stems are are used in making many things such as rope and clothing. The bud (leaves as well if you aren't too fussy) can be smoked or cooked up into an oil or whatever for getting high or for medical purposes. The seeds are used as a nutritious food. They are high in protein and fats. You can eat/juice raw leaves as well but I don't imagine it would be very tasty. xp

Right now I drink Silk Almond Milk, the vanilla one. I really like it, but I do worry about what the "natural" flavors are.

I just recently learned about that. I think marijuana tastes pretty good. But I'm weird. xD
