It is perhaps hard to believe that such a little thing like Raven would be interested in objects to own, but he is like anyone else. Though I think he collects the strangest things. Or perhaps the most dangerous.

I probably should have written about the box sooner, but I suppose now is better late than ever. It was a pretty pink box that I had recieved as a gift from Roselite and her little girl (who is not so little anymore).

I wonder what's in it? Lily tried to push it over, but the box wouldn't open.

The Story of Raven

A very long time ago Raven was a demon, like any other demon and quite a powerful one at that. He liked to convince mortals to do his dirty work, but for some reason as centuries passed it was not longer 'dirty work' perse.

He would plan a death here or there, that were of people of less reputable backgrounds. The one day it seems he had caused the death of one very less respectable mortal who was in the service in a higher ranking demon lord. As punishment for his actions, he was demoted to become a lowly shoulder demon. The type of demon, which his skills fit his punishment were demons who sat upon the shoulders of mortals whispering suggestions into their ears.

However that punishment was not enough, and the demon lord then cast Raven out to become bonded as a 'pet' to whichever mortal happens to find him. That mortal happens to be me, Kara. For I had received him as a gift from Roselite one day out of the blue. Unfortunately being dressed in pink did not sooth his temper at all.

Even though Raven begs us to put him out of his misery often, he is deep down inside a good demon, though he causes a lot of mischief along the way. Not withstanding whispering drunken Irish songs to me in my sleep.

I... am Raven.
Demon from the underworld, one of the most feared there ever was. Mortals would beg for mercy and forgiveness as long as they would never have to hear my voice again. I, the dark winged creature who was death and destruction. Now demoted to a lowly shoulder demon, and geas to a human.

A human woman no less.
A human woman with the habit of taking in every stray dog and child.
Did I mention how much she loves children?
I swear that woman must have been an angel in her past life.

No one,
Is that good.

Did I mention she ignores my evil whispers? Do you know how annoying that is?

As if that wasn't enough she, is currently in love with an angel! Granted he's a hellborn angel.... and the disgraced son of the King and Queen of Hell, but still! I don't like him all that much.... but hell he's fun to tease, at least until he threatens to tear me apart limb by limb.

He's stupid though.... being around me, he's more of his demonic heritage, it makes me kind of wonder... what would happen if he came to that heritage. Maybe his family wouldn't mind him at all then, but I would need to play that carefully now wouldn't I?

After all I am still geas to that damn woman after all.

If that woman has anything to say about it this place is going to become a zoo. Though me have a funny feeling she doesn't know that quite yet. Why do you ask I say such a thing?

Stupid woman walked through a portal she accidently created in her workshop and brought home a vase. A vase with ANGELIC energies coming off from it. Dear god the last thing we need is another winged angel thing around this place which we have enough off as it is.

She also put some kind of drape into it, along with some pearls. Damn she is going to drive me nuts.

Gah... another winged being around the house can you believe it? Though the kid isn't that bad, just disgustingly angelic, which I guess was a given really.

I feel ignored and I feel bored. While Kara does listen to me, but only when I'm not tempting her to the dark side of things. Well except that time we kind of went bar hopping, we need to do that again in the future I think.

Though I don't mind the newcomer all that much, but rumours are a buzzing, there is change in the air. As Kara removes the objects from her past I wonder how long things are going to stay simple. Aw.. what the hell, as long as it doesn't effect me overly that much.

I hate.... that woman.... I really do depise her. For what you may ask?

I hate the fact that she takes in angels on a regular basis.
The fact she takes in people on a regular basis.
The fact that she is sickingly good to other people.

She needs to be corrupted more.

I can't stand the fact she's looking after twin angels, on top of all the other angel (like) beings she has under her care. Does she have any idea how much trouble they attract? Of course she doesn't, because it is her. Dammit all!

I swear any thing that they attract is going to get thier as whipped.

Because I'm picky like that and I'd rather live in peace.

As much peace as anyone can get with an inn full of children.

This is my chance.... its absolutely perfect really. After all she's there, all alone and sad, left alone three times. I could easily corrupt her now, tell her whatever I wanted.

But damn it wouldn't be much fun and all those angels she keeps taking in would kill me. Wait... they're angels.. they can't kill me, and they're kids what can they do? Oh wait... they could squish me... I forgot.

At least those new angels will keep her from pining away like a sick dove or something. They seem to be quite taken with her, but all her children are really. It's a good thing really, at least give her a good view on life and a reason to not pine over stupid morons.

No I do not care about her!

It would be just bad show if she deicded one day she didn't want to live anymore that's all. After all I'm suppose to convince her to do sinful things like create dead people, but not be one of those dead people. Besides what fun it would be if she keeled over on me.

She should go to a bar, have fun, get rid of those silly morals of hers that makes it so hard for her to enjoy herself. I mean what is a drink every now and again? Maybe a bit of flirting?

Note to self: Spend a night of bar hopping.
