Appearance: Vega has shoulder length white hair and blood red eyes. His skin is pale and he wears a military style combat attire. Vega has a sturdy semi slim body build with no bodyfat on his body. The coat he wears over his military style attire is ragged and has been repaired multiple times with metal plating. The gloves and boots he wears have metal finger tips and metal toes. He has a scar on his face in the form of a long light cut from just under his eye to the bottom of his right cheek and an X shaped scar on his other cheek.

Affiliation: Vega has refused to join Xcution and has yet to be convinced enough to join. For now he is a rogue

Fears: Vega fears that his power will corrupt him or will be used against him. Vega has tried hard to erase his past from the world and to have it thrown in his face can have a different effect each time.
Personality: Vega is a cruel man who will cut down anyone without any hesitation. He loves to fight and grow stronger on his own. A lone wolf at heart and even though he is cruel and mean he does have a sense of honor. His honor restricts actions that many heartless fighters would do in a heartbeat.
History: Vega Ravenblood is the son of a lawyer and a super model who both were well known. Vega got his powers in thw womb when his mother was on her way home from a photoshoot when her car flipped over from a hollow crashing onto the road. Her car flipped over the gap and landed on ts top. The hollow had attacked his mother leaving a rather large scar across her back. The hollows power seeped into the woman and when she became pregnant those hollow powers seeped into vega. When he was born he seemed normal cept for the fact he was albino with white hair and red eyes. That seemed to be the case but his hair was naturally black but due to the hollows influence his hair and eyes had changed to fit the hidden power. Later on in life his mother died due to heart failure and his father was left to raise vega on his own. Raisng him through elementary and into college his powers did not awaken until he was attacked by a strange creature. When the battle was over he had figured out he could use his own blood as a weapon. Leaving home he abandoned his father in chase his power growth. Over the course of 7 months vega chased hollow after hollow and killed every single one he could find. Training in secrecy his power would catch the eye of an organization called Xcution. Three members total came to recruit him and all of which he killed without a second thought. Taking the clothing from the last one he wears it along with a fang shaped vial of his blood he bought from a hospital and the vial from an unknown shop. Currently Vega wanders around karakura city chasing down hollows and killing anyone that tries to get in his path.

Known Techniques:
Dash (Jikkō 実行)
A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving. Automatically obtained should Air Slide be learned.
Jump (Tobu 飛ぶ)
Spiritual beings are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet). Automatically obtained if Soul Jump has been learned.
Air Slide (Kūki Suberu 空気 滑る)
Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.
Air Walk (Kūki Aruku 空気 歩く)
The user collects spirit particles at their feet and is able to remain airborne or gain effective footing when sent flying by an opponent.

By using the same principles of airwalk the user pushes their feet not against the ground but against the open space in front of them to quickly push away from their opponent.

A simple but precise slash technique which lightly grazes the target, causing superficial wounds.
Shitonegaeshi (褥返し, Cushion Return)
Narrow, blunt weapon
Aims to subdue an opponent and immobilize them on the ground using coercion alone. The practitioner first gives the target a light jab with a blunt weapon, aiming to hit nerve clusters to stun them and push them down. He or she then suspends the tip of his or her weapon millimeters from his opponent's face once they have been struck down.
Suikawari (西瓜割, Watermelon Splitting)

A two-handed, overhead slash which cleanly and precisely cleaves an opponent's head in twain. Instantly deals an additional damage of [3] HP to NPC.
Agitowari (顎割, Chin/Jaw Splitting)

The practitioner bisects an opponent from the jaw down the length of the body with a single sword strike. Automatically deal [10] damage to NPC. Do not roll for NPC kill on that post. Cooldown of 2 posts.
Senmaioroshi (千枚卸, Thousand-Page Wholesale)
Multiple extremely fast blade movements take place, shredding a target into pieces. Capable of dealing [5] additional damage to NPC.

Grasping his or her sword with both hands, the practitioner brings it down with enough force to cut an opponent in half down the middle.It has enough force to instantly deal [10] damage to NPC. Do not roll for NPC kill on that post.

A precision cut of extreme force and speed which can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. This slash is so precise and swift, its victims are not even aware of it until after it has taken placeIt has enough force to instantly deal [17] damage to NPC. Do not roll for NPC kill on that post. Bringer Light -
Fullbringers can induce states of high-speed movement through Fullbring. Such movements are accompanied by the flickering of a green luminescence called Bringer Light, which is the preliminary for each high-speed movement. This speed is achieved through a variety of different uses of Fullbring. By pulling on the soul of the ground beneath their feet, Fullbringers can increase its elasticity, greatly enhancing their jumping ability as a result. In addition, by Fullbringing the air around them, they can accelerate their movements. Doing so can consequentially strengthen the force of their blows. The ability to use this technique signifies that one is beginning to master Fullbring.
Reiryoku
Reiryoku is spiritual energy, the form of energy employed by spiritual beings to perform feats that would be impossible without. It is generated by their Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep) and amplified the their Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding) located in their abdomen. A Fullbringer's Hakusui is extremely efficient, generating more spiritual energy than all other races in average.
Reiatsu
Also known as spiritual pressure, it is a force emitted by consuming spiritual energy channeled throughout a spiritual being's body. This amplifies its strength, durability and speed and is mainly used to inflict damage upon other beings. Should the vents of these channels be. Reiatsu is highly visible and can take on different colors depending on the individual emitting it. In the case of Fullbringers, however, they have less control of their Reiatsu in average. Their Saketsui is also ineffective when it comes to amplifying their spiritual energy and use it in the form of Reiatsu. Though it is possible for them to train their Saketsui to rival that of Shinigamis and Hollows, most have opted to focus on their innate ability to amplify and manipulate the Reiatsu of matter over their own.
Reiraku
Each living organism emits spiritual threads that is unique to each individual, but based on what race they belong to, the threads will take on different colors. Shinigami's are red while Pluses' are white. For the sake of this RP, Hollows have yellow threads, Quincies possess blue ones, Arrancars have orange ones, Fullbringers have indigo ones and Vizards have pink ones.

Name: Blood Fang
Sealed Appearance:Vega's blood fang fullbring takes the form of a silver necklace chain attached to a blood vial. The vial is in the shape of a fang and the vial is filled with HIS blood.

Released Appearance: When Vega enters his released state vega's coat infuses with blood from his body changing the very makeup and appearence while his arm gets covered in the blood from the vial. With blood floating around the shoulder and forearm blood armor forms around the arm and forms a blade attached to it. The blade is as long as the arm and can extend and retract in size depending on its use.

Released Power-Ups: In this state vega's speed is multiplied ten fold and gets a layer of blood armor to protect him from all sides. Spikes on the shoulder can be used as spears and can retract.
