Welcome to the office of Divison 7 Captain Shou Fukuda. If you need anything just knock and walk on in.
Shou has actually converted the back supply room of the barracks into her office, wanting to have more of a connection to the outside than the previous office did.
The old office ((now just a extra room for various purposes)) resides in the middle area of the main building of the Barracks. It is large with brown colored walls and partial cherry wood panels adorning the bottom of the walls all around. Two large bookshelves took both side walls and the desk was by the back wall with a banner hanging with the Division's symbol, the Iris, hanging.

Her new office has three doorways going outside to the back porch and the side deck with the door to the side deck always open. The third is a panel sliding door on the right from the desk that connects back into the main building. She has put one bookshelf sitting next to the back porch doorway and the other next to her desk. She has a bird feeder hanging outside the deck door and she still has the banner with the iris insignia hanging behind her. While small it provides a feeling of wholesome comfort and a lot of natural light from the doors and window adjacent to the desk.

Opening the door to the small office let in a small gust of wind that seemed like a breath of fresh air to her. She stepped in and leaving the door open she went straight for the desk. She beamed a smile when on the desk was sitting a folded up white jacket bearing her squad's insignia. She grabbed it and hugged it tightly, "Yes!" she exclaimed to herself happily. She unfolded it and sleeve by sleeve she put it on and patted it down. Putting it on was like putting it on for the first time again and she loved that feeling. She let out a giggle and sat down, deciding since she was now there she might as well get some work done.

 ▤Tamen Yasaibatake▤ Waking up to you never felt so real -------------My dreams don't comfort me My demons lay in waiting Tamen found himself at the hulking gates of the Squad 7 barracks. He looked back and forth looking for someone. Not seeing anybody around he opened the gate himself with a push from his palm. He continued to walk towards the main building, but when he got to the office door it wouldn't open. He was confused since Shou had a open door policy when it came to office hours so he started to pull until a shinigami noticed him. The man ran up to Tamen and alerted him, "Captain Tamen what are you doing?"Tamen looked at the man surprised then rubbed the back of his neck nervously, "Oh, well it seems the door is stuck, do you know where Captain Fukuda is?" The man stood there a little stunned and noticing this Tamen asked, "What is it?" He replied, "Um...the Captain moved her office...its down the outside hall and the last door on the right..." Tamen's face went blank from shock, since when did she move her office!? He gave a gleeful smile and a pat on the shoulder of the shinigami,"Ah thank you then carry on with whatever you were doing then!" As soon as he turned the corner his face planted against the wall and he grunted with agitation, 'Ah I'm such an idiot...!" A faint sound snapped him out of it. To him it sounded like a chirping bird, but he knew what it was, laughter, definitely a faint laughter from the end of the hall. He approached the door and it was open, as he expected it to be anyway, and greeted the rose haired woman at the desk,"Oi!"▤Shou's Office▤Reliefed/Happy▤Zanpakuto is Sealed▤((CHIBI! Shou looked up and wide eyes jerked back in her seat, causing it to go off balance and making her fall to the ground, "ACK!" she yelled. Giving no time to recover she leapt back up to her feet and slammed her hands on the desk. Her face was flushed from embarrassment but that didn't lessen her anger at the man,"Bah Yasai! What's the big idea scaring me like that!?" She insistently asked. She pouted waiting for him to answer but seeing him, today of all days, made her feel a lot better about Araki.

He couldn't help it he didn't even try to scare her this time. He rubbed his neck and walked into the office and took a seat,"Well that's no way to greet a fellow captain now is it?" He gave a small smirk and looked at her,"I just woke up actually I had a long couple of days and thought about getting away from my office for awhile," He then leaned on the desk with crossed arms,"Let's go get somethin' to eat huh? I won't get any drink this time I swear...well maybe a little for me,"he laughed a little under his breath. He remembers the last time she tried to drink with him and some others but the fact that she got up on the table kicking people in the face was a sign she was too light for drinking, ever.▤Shou's Office▤Reliefed/Happy▤Zanpakuto is Sealed▤((Boop boop))▤

Shou continued to pout at the man. She hated when he was acting so smug and really wanted to throw him out, but they were friends and that wasn't very captain worthy behavior to throw another captain out. She gripped the mat on the desk and sat on her now upright seat and sighed, "Uh I'm sorry I'm not really...here today..." She was shocked that he did that again and bent over to flick him in the head, "Yasai! When was the last time you went home huh!? It's bad for your health to do things like staying up all night and working! I'd feel awful if-" she stopped herself and averted her gaze,"Please be more mindful that you do have a house to live and sleep in okay?" without meaning to she spoke in a high pitch worried tone. She coughed at his request,"Well I um..." she knew he wouldn't make her drink but if anyone else was around she might have to, wait she wouldn't have to drink,"Okay then. For scaring me though you're buying hm?" she gave her usual big goofy smile, something she always showed but hadn't so far that day. She grabbed her jacket and put it on before leaving that side of the desk,"So where to?"

Since Araki's death he went from treating her like his student to his closest friend, but that came along with all her worry about his health and his injuries. She was too keen to slip anything by,"I promise. Starting tonight I'll dust off my bed and take a long home rest!"Hopefully she knew he wasn't completely joking. He stood up with her and thought for a moment, "Well the head captain's husband runs that restaurant not too far away how 'bout there?" He nodded and he already started to walk out, basically making her agree to his decision,"Yeah tht sounds great now. Don't fall behind!"It was then he flash stepped away, ready for her to race him there.

She paused and produced a worried look on her face,"Wait the head captain!?" She hadn't seen her for quite some time, even then she had trouble talking to such an important person. Before she could object Tamen flashed stepped away,"Hey!"She followed in suit yelling as she went,"Get back here! I didn't agree to this!" She stopped and actually closed the door to her office. As long as she was there it would open but while she was away closing it was for the best. She rearranged Hato on her hip so she wouldn't hit it when she kicked off into flash step again. She was anxious to see the head captain but more than anything, determined to beat that guy in a race!
