The small yellow shard was between her thumb and her forefinger, giving off its own glow against the silver moonlight. Phact had found it hiding under her hair line at the base of her neck a fortnight ago. Nightmares had plagued her for many nights. All of them had stemmed from the one she could not remember though. All she knew was that it had woken her in a panic. Now, she dreamed of death, of pain, of sorrow.
And then, she found this shard.
A feeling she had felt growing around her and then, this. This little golden thing had found its way to her. ”So, is this what that message was about?” She smirked and flicked the shard into the palm of her hand.
Pushing herself off the tree, the senshi of doves landed quietly and began to walk back towards a spot she knew well. She was looking for a woman. More precisely, a Mavian Woman.
”Zia, it’s time for some answers.”

The Mauvian was laid back on her elbows on the picnic table she had claimed as her territory when she caught the aura of the white moon senshi and propped herself up a little.
She raised her brow at the vaguely familiar senshi of doves, and then sat up straight when she saw the shard in her fingers. Or rather, felt the small, creeping aura that shards tended to produce once you were aware of them. The tiny object was admittedly too hard to see from a distance.
"Where did you get that?" She said, leaning forward and creeping off her perch with single minded want glittering in her eyes.

The Mauvian was right where Phact expected her to be. That bench was her's and don't let anyone say differently. Or even try and take it from her.
What was surprising to the senshi was Zia's reaction. Raising an eyebrow, Phact quickly flicked her fingers so that the shard fell back into her palm. Before she just handed it over, Phact wanted answers.
"I found it stuck to me one night after waking up in a cold sweat. It was in my hair." Phact sad smoothly as she watched the woman in purple. "I heard that you were looking for something strange and I take it this is part of that? Care to explain?"
Carneli This is Shan posting for Sirene. Her gaia is not working properly on the computer she is temporarily using while hers is being fixed. If it's not too much trouble to quote me I will relay your reply to her through AIM and post hers till she gets her computer back to keep this RP moving.

"In your hair?" The question came out in a small burst of breathy laughter before she could stop herself. She halted a respectful distance from the senshi, not quite to the point of leaning into her personal space like she had an impolite tendency to with people. But her eyes stayed focused on following the little thing.
"Yes, yes, it's a piece to a puzzle," She said impatiently, summoning the little velvet jewelry box the gather crystal pieces resided in and opening it up to give Phact a glimpse. "The Pyrite Crystal. Parallel twin to Earth's golden crystal. And I need the remaining pieces."
She snapped it shut, figuring that was a good enough demonstration.
"I'm trying to get home, you see. But the only person on the other side of the mirror capable of completing the bridge between universe's would like me to gather up the damaged shards of her brother's crystal as payment."
Shanyume I am not sure if Sirene's computer is back or uh? ; w; Quoting you both just in case.

The grip Phact had on the small shard never changed as her eyes moved from the human feline towards the box and back. "And you completely trust her to keep her word? She did leave her, brother you say, here to die." The senshi's tone was flat though, very cautious as she eyed the box again.
The senshi of doves did not care to state the questions that every other person might. The worry that restoring another crystal could bring problems. Or the concern that whatever was on that otherside of the so called mirror would betray them. Phact could bet Zia would have to answer those over and over again.
Instead, she gave a small sigh and flipped the shard back to her fingers. "What can I do to help Zia? You have been after this for a long time. If there is hope, tell me what I can do?"
Carneli She has a computer again! I am also playing this as if they have met before so she would have already drilled Zia about the parallel.

"None of us were truly abandoned," She said with a light shrug. "Nehelenia is the senshi of mirrors; The queen was the only one who could open a portal to take us home. It was my duty to find an alternative. It was my own lack of ability that took so long to find the true mirror on the moon. I was under the impression it was corrupted in mirrorspace, but now it appears that mirror in the throne room is a fake."
Which begged the question what else had been a lie.
"Cassandra had no say in the twins' participation of Nehelenia's mission. Or I would assume not, as they were princes, and she was only a priestess. In general, the Earth's Kingdom doesn't always heed the opinion of women, even if they're very powerful women. Alexandros and Hector were both here assisting the Black Moon Court in hunting down the usurper who stole the Marcasite crystal. She's not... thrilled... that finally making contact after four years was only to bear the news both of her brothers were dead and her cousin had been corrupted."
She summoned another item, a small red gem, polished flat and disc shaped to serve as a lens.
"I need the rest of the crystal pieces, so I'll trade you. This for that."

Phact's head cocked to the side as she listened to Zia's explanation of the 'fake mirror' and the problems with the siblings. Seems that the parallel faction had more problems than they cared to admit and sending Zia home was just a small piece of the problem. "So Ares is her cousin I am guessing? Since she is the so called leader of the Dark Moon Senshi." Talk about black sheep of the family.
"Are you even 100% sure Nehelenia and the Princes are dead? I am just asking because if my understanding it correct, would they all not have another form here on this Earth?"
She stopped and glanced down at the yellow shard. "I take it then her request was then to get this crystal back together? In return for opening the portal?" Phact didn't hesitate as she handed the crystal shard over and extended her hand for the red lens.
"And this is?" her voice was even toned.

"Mmno," She answered passively, although her lips pursed with the ever so slight haughty annoyance she seemed to puff up with when no one knew as much as she did about a topic, however unfair and unwarranted such haughtiness was.
"Sailor Gaia the senshi of Earth is. She corrupted with Ares. Ares has no relation to the Earth monarchy."
She shook her head. "You're understanding seems to be a little off, I'm not sure what you're getting at. Why would they have another form besides the one they occupied? They are dead, and with no way for their starseeds to get back to the Black Moon's cauldron, I am not even sure what's become of their souls."
Which was concerning, because from what she knew, her own-- as in Zirconia's but also likely Zia's-- reincarnation cycle may be similarly broken, and death would bring no afterlife or promise of rebirth.
"Ah, yes. We can't open the portal proper, only Nehelenia can do that. But Cassandra is the dream priestess and can open the nightmare realm Tartaros as an in-between state. So, find enough shards to restore the crystal, butter up priestess lady, and send Zirconia's starseed home to her proper body. Done and done."
She pointed to the gadget she'd handed Phact. "It's a gem lens, enchanted to tune in to the shard's aura. It should make them easier to locate. It works as a radar system, and makes them easier to see if you look through it."
She checked her fingernails in an expression of smug casualness. "Mauvian tech might be out of my range but Zirconia's been studying enchantment for a while now."

"Why do things that seem simple enough always make me feel uneasy." Phact sighed heavily as she held out her hand with the crystal shard, willing to make the trade. The Black Moon was always a touch confusing to her as what it came down to is the cancellation of one soul. At least, that was her understanding.
Phact made no judging notion again the Dark Mirror Senshi but she did believe something was off. They were not who they were supposed to be.
But weren't they all little lost sheep?
"Well, if it helps at all, I'll keep my eyes open for them. I don't completely trust it all but the idea of having a second being in my body is enough to want to help."
