Calypso had no idea why she was wandering far from her cave home on the edge of the ocean. She was chalking it up to her innate psychic abilities. The region she was in now was wooded and not at all like her normal watery abode. She could smell water ahead and was making her way towards it. She hadn't run into a single Pokemon, which was odd for the middle of the day and just added to her worry. She was in a strange place and heading further from what she knew. But she sensed she had to come this way. Something was drawing her. But what?

The little Inkay child emerged from the forest. What she saw before her was a large lake. To her, it rivaled her own view of the ocean. It was so vast she couldn't see the other side of the lake and the water was crystal blue. The water was much calmer than her home, though and it lacked the oceany smell that came with it.

As she peered over the lake, her dark eyes locked on to what seemed to be a small group of islands in the middle. And she swore she could hear singing from those islands. At this, the pulling sensation returned and beckoned her to the islands. Carefully, she waded into the water, he tentacles feeling a little more at home even though the water was cooler. She swam to the islands, in some sort of trance.

As she emerged from the water, her fluffy hair retained much of it, she noticed that there were several old buildings strung about. The place looked like some out of business bath house, or what she could only assume to be one, as she'd never seen one before. The faint singing, which oddly never seemed to get louder, was coming from the largest of the buildings, that was arranged in the midst of all the rest. Calypso took a deep breath and floated onward, hands clutching each other, close to her heart. She sure hoped whatever was luring her here was friendly.
