Spirit/Poltergeist –-> SpecterSpirit/Poltergeist stage lasts an average of three months.One journal entry about what changes your Dreamer is going through with this spirit.
Update your dream/nightmare post to reflect these changes, since the dream/nightmare is getting more intense with each stage.
