Currently, we do not have any plans to release raw pages of the manga. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are currently setting up a dedicated email account for people to contact for redeeming your Perfect Parcels. We'll let you know shortly with a staff alert and also update the item description for Perfect Parcel with the proper redemption method! Thanks for your patience.

Hi there!
Our attempts to make the event more fun for everyone include the following steps:
- We have a developer actively working on the bugs that many users are experiencing.
- One of the major complaints was that Angels were instantly dying on the forums, so we have created a private subforum for each team where each time you post, 50% of your health regenerates. This should allow everyone to get right back into battle!
- If anyone is suffering from a bug that has cost them gold or GCash, our admin will be happy to assist you if you file a ticket through our Help Center.
- We will be periodically refreshing the quantity of Advocate items that can be redeemed.
- We will take all of the feedback we have gotten on the event and be sure to apply it to the next one!

Good afternoon! The H2K14 potions are for the halloween event use only- users who purchase them should use them during this event- they won't be useable for future events.

We'll look into the dev requirements for an exchange, but in lieu of that we're looking into other ways of granting rare bugs- through GoFusion or Alchemy.

Ever thought of turning Switchem into a game for touch-screen tablets and phones? It would be useful and could be linked to a user's Gaia account. They'd win charms or gold shop recolours that would be in their inventory when next they logged in. I feel that allowing the game to go mobile would give you guys a foot into the rapidly rising mobile culture.

This came to mind last week, but would it be possible to update the Wishlist section of the Marketplace so that it shows the LBP of the items instead of the ABP? This would make it so that users can know for certain if an item is within their Gold range, as there are listings these days that do not follow the ABP, and are often high above it or below it, making the ABP an unreliable means of determining if one can obtain an item on their Wishlist.

Yes, this is a feature that we've been working on for some time. We don't have a set date for release but it is in progress for the sake of all Gaian sanity.

We do not have any plans for interactive events on Flash Spaces as of now, but considering the vast new additions of map space added it would be a shame not to take advantage of it. We will consider implementing events in Flash spaces in the future and we're open to any ideas or feedback!

And I guess items too, but I've been really interested in this especially since Winter Hue was hired as a recolor artist. How much work does go into making, and recoloring items? I have a lot of fun making my own recolors with tektek items, but I really want to know how much more complicated making an actual usable item in Gaia is.

We have several phases when it comes to item creation. First, we create a mock-up that shows the rest of the team what we intend the final item to look like. After it gets approved, the item is then recolored on each individual layer to accommodate all of the avatar's poses and orientations. It is then entered into our giant Gaia item database. Many items have over 120 individual layers that need recoloring! We couldn't manage make all of our recolors without every member of our talented artist team working together and supporting each other.

We looked at this and determined that the mass opening and subsequent mass granting could potentially crash the system. So, for now this is not something we are pursuing.

The ylves mentioned in the L'histoire de Mephiste are distant ancestors of the current population of elves inhabiting Gaia. The legends of Mephiste are something that all elves would tell their children and their exploits are very well known.

Why are event items limited AND randomized AND soulbound? I know they'll unfreeze after the event, but mixing all three conditions makes it almost impossible to gain a full set while the items are actually useful. Also, considering that redemption on the limited items was glitched for at least a day, is there any chance of increasing the available supply to make up for the time they were unavailable or something?

Although these items are limited, we do update them twice a day! (They were updated recently, you should check it out!) Gaians are able to collect soul candies to try for these items by regularly battling, healing players, playing Switchem, and participating in our candy scavenger hunt across the site!
Items are soulbound so Gaians must earn them themselves to defeat the bosses! We wanted to reward the Gaians who spent more time playing the event to get the rewards faster, instead of allowing someone with a bunch of gold to just purchase it all through the marketplace! Basically, we just want everyone to have to play through it themselves!

So: in reference to the very first ATS, why can't gold generators be removed? Will removing them break the site beyond repair? I understand that they're here to stay and I'm not arguing for you to remove them. The majority of us don't like them**, no, but it seems that, as a user-base, we're reaching a tentative peace with their existence. So gold generators aren't leaving, great... but why?
I apologize if this comes across as offensive, as that was by no means my intent, but I am genuinely curious as to your response. Thanks in advance for any insight you offer!

The concise answer to this is that we continue to put gold chance items in our store because they continue to be a popular product among our Gaians who are generous enough to monetarily support to us. Above all else, our goal is to make sure we have the resources to keep this place alive and kicking for many many years to come! To do this, we must release items that are popularly purchased in our store.

Can we please get the yellow pauldrons for the Dark Elf set in Barton Boutique? For some reason every other colour in the set has pauldrons but yellow.
Also can the following items be considered for Loyal's shop as a halloween treat? They're all "unpopular" colours that have been put into loyal's before so I hope they'll be considered.

Ignore System flaw - You still receive notifications for threads you've been blocked from.
So, recently I quit one of the group roleplays I was a member of and the people that set up the rp didn't like that I called them out on a few things. They deleted my posts and ignored/blocked me.
No skin off my back, but I seem to still be receiving notifications of the two threads (in character and out of character) when they get new posts. I originally tried to go to "My Subscribed Threads" to just unsubscribe there, but obviously the threads don't show up any more.
I tried messaging several forum assistants and site moderators about the issue to see if there was anything they could do about it. I learned that I'm not the only person to have had this problem, but that there isn't really anything that can be done.
Maybe you, Gaia, could change the system so that threads are removed from subscriptions when people are placed on ignore from either side? It seems like a silly little oversight but it gets annoying quick, always seeing notifications for something I'm ready to just forget about.

I was wondering if it would be possible, or at least considered to add a quantity option to the gold shops? Not just for alchemists' sake, but just as a general time saver. It seems a bit disheartening to spend 3 hours buying 750 of one item, one at a time. Thank you! heart

The screenshot taken by Zero Omega in the Halloween Guide thread shows that the original costs of actions for the Halloween event were 0, 10k, 100k for healing and 0,10k,5GC for attacking.
Why were these numbers changed so that fewer people would be able to use the more effective actions?
The screenshot taken by Zero Omega in the Halloween Guide thread shows that the original costs of actions for the Halloween event were 0, 10k, 100k for healing and 0,10k,5GC for attacking.
Why were these numbers changed so that fewer people would be able to use the more effective actions?
These were testing numbers and the values weren't set in stone when the screenshots were taken.

That hp disparity is definitely unintentional, we are looking into that and will be resolving it as soon as we can.

This is the fourth time I have asked this and the fourth time I've been ignored.
It's an incredibly simple question with possible benefits for each party:
I am wondering if the staff has any plans to actually make their announcements more efficient?
No one is happy about receiving 10+ announcements over Gaia Cash each day, and while we understand that you need to make money in order to sustain the website, we don't want you to forget that without us, you're out of a job.
Efficiency in the announcements might be Categorizing all of the announcements you plan to make for the day, listing all "announcements" in one or two posts, and then sending out the announcement.
All of these things would go into one large or two medium sized posts to clear up advertisement clutter and make users a little more happy to visit each day. You could also use this for news in the Comics, Gaia-Cons, ATS. Like a daily newspaper with its own categories. I definitely think it would be an awesome idea and save you the trouble of having to make dozens of micro announcements a day.

Win Gaia was notorious for only ever spitting out Rainbow Tickets but now with Project 3.0 and Golden Tickets being re-released (although, from the sounds of it EXTREMELY rare as no one has seemed to pull one yet) is there a chance at a Project Dolled Up 2.0 - 3.0 type rigs where we could see a few more Platinum tickets put into circulation?
