 A chair only one man can sit on. From it Lucian rules all under his grasp distributing balance in both fair and cruel ways. The throne room is far larger than it needs to be and guards are lined up across it in precise intervals.

Lucian sat silently upon his throne of swords. Thousands of swords all forged together as a symbol of power. He had once cut his hand on the throne, only once. It was a nice throne but he was not doing this for a throne, he was doing this to change the world. He could feel that most of his people had returned by now from their various tasks each with a varying mood. It didn't really bother him, they could be pissed and serve at the same time. So long as they didn't fail him he would allow them to occupy his time. He hadn't be sitting for long before his guards dragged a man in chains to the base of the throne.
"What was his crime?" Lucian asked passively as he drummed his fingers on the armrest of his throne. The guard proceeded to deliver a long explanation of how the man had grown up in Doma lands and had continuously rebelled against their authority in passive and peaceful ways. Peaceful rioting was still rioting and Lucian would not allow it. Killing the man would make him a symbol to any who followed, Lucian would make him an example. "Take him down to the dungeon. Lock him up for one week, give him no food, and limited water. If he spouts any more about his rebellion remove his tongue. When the week is over set him free. If he is a problem every again do not waste my time, put him on a spike with the rest of the rebels." With the order given, the man was dragged down to the dungeon. He would serve out his week in pain, and then be released. He would not be a problem again.

When Grim stepped through the doorway to the throne room the guards put a hand on their swords. It was instinctive. When they saw that the visitor was Grim they returned to their normal positions. They were well trained. Lucian however, did not shift or adjust himself in his throne. He was entirely unaffected by Grim entering. "So your not satisfied with your current standing? You have been an effective assassin thus far, why change that?" Lucian asked causally from his throne. Grim was one of his more effective assassins, then again when the time came where assassinations were no longer needed Grim would need another purpose. "Alright, I will humor your question. What would you like to do? What role would you like?"

This time I have no need to hide so your life is not at risk." Lucian explained briefly before turning his head to look at Grim. "You are my assassin. One of my best. Do you want more?"

As of right now Im fine playing the role of assassin. When it comes time for me to play another role I'll be sure to let you know. He sits at the bottom step on Lucian's throne. During our battle with 9 i was able to cause his powers to work against him if only briefly. Lucian spoke plainly as he looked around the room briefly before returning his focus to Grim. "I can not train you until my work is complete and even then I will not bestow all of my knowledge to you. That would make you a threat and then I would have to kill you. The power I have is unique. It can not be duplicated unless born with it. I have the ability to enhance and unlock all your hidden potential, yet when I look at you I do not see the ability to take powers from others."

I will serve this kingdom the best way I can. He rose and faces the man while leaning on one the blades of the throne. Cant wait to destroy the Zaibatsu. I get the see James and my cousin once more. If the warriors of the Zaibatsu are anything like Derek, then they will die before they serve us. "Don't be too eager to strike the Zaibatsu, both sides will loose many good men on the day we strike. That can not be changed." Lucian said flatly before continuing. "As for Gyokuen, she has not recovered but I can feel that she is trying. Every once in a blue moon I have to force her back into the vegetative state. If she is awake her mind resists too much. With her in a vegetative state she has no barriers for me to get though, I can shift through her thoughts as freely and unguarded as I wish."
