Terzjian flipped his tail back and forth, occupying his time when idle by temporarily stopping the water's flow at his side and then letting it go again. When not idle, however, he attended to the floating basket beside him. Well, "floating" was loosely accurate, but it wasn't sinking and that was the important part. It was heavy with sweets and little toys with sweets in them. Not every child that came up to him got a treat, however. Occasionally, due to him feeling mischievous... they'd get a trick instead. Something harmless, but something to keep the suspense alive!

Trick or Treat Rules
At each location, a child pae can roll a 1d6. 1 - 5 are candies (and the amounts of candies respectively), and 6 is a trick. Adults are strongly encouraged to interact with the children that come to their location!
Xoana, dressed as a pumpkin with orange fabric loosely draped over her body and a green stem-hat on her head, swam up to the blue grown-up. Papa said that some grown-ups would give them candy tonight if they asked nicely and said the magic words. "Trick or treat please!" she exclaimed, holding her bag made of netting out. ((nothing to see here, just Mene failing to read...))
Treats and treats! Cupcake Corazon started to skip now not clinging to her mother as much. She had a wonderful haul so far and it was on to the next adult. This one had a tail almost like Aloiki! The similarity was enough to put the little girl at ease as she walked up to him. "Treat please!" Her mother still wasn't pleased with it, said she needed to be polite but she said please!
Aloiki squealed, right in Zofie's ear no less, when he saw the next adult. He had a tail too! "Trick or treat! We have tails!" he called out, flapping his own tail which caused his costume to blow around a bit, There was no calming his excitement as he reached out for the treats or tricks just delighted he wasn't the only one with a tail!
Soliel walked down the beach with her sack, a hand reaching up to fix her green tulip stems on top of her head. The little demonic was smeared with green from head to toe, and her golden strands covered with red. Her costume was a homage to the scariest pae she knew on the whole island.

She happily stepped up to the water booth. "Trick o Treat!"
This was so much fun, the little pink girl thought as she made it to the last booth. It would be sad if they couldn't come back! Momma let them come back once, so it connected in her mind as coming back a lot of times! More candies!! Holding out her bag she called out, "Trick or treats!"
Aloiki was just thrilled to be back with one that had a tail like his! Almost like a greeting, he wiggled his tail again the moment he came to the last booth on the beach. His suggestion to find more booths was shot down earlier so he had to be okay with what he had. It was still more than he would have had otherwise. "Tricks or treats! And tails!" The cupcake laughed at him, so he stuck his tongue out at her.]
Terzjian smiled at the two little ones that came over to his semi-floating booth at first, handing them a piece of candy each as they announced themselves. The third one however, a little demon with striped hair, he couldn't resist giving a shiny--but ultimately inedible--rock instead. But when the three of them came back around, all three of them got a piece of candy. He wasn't going to trick the same little one twice, and he didn't have any shiny rocks immediately on hand to give to the other two.
