-All you need to know about Criminals and Fools-
OOC: This is to be taken in consideration when having a character that is titled as a fool or a criminal.
All criminals and fool are banished to the outer ring of the city. They are not permitted within the city. There is a deep trench surrounding the city. They are divided and placed within that -very- deep trench (Think of it as a natural prison).
Fools and Criminals are separated.
Fools are in the care of La Muerte and her Guards
Criminals are in the care of Xibaliba and his Guards.
