Lohrith is known primarily for it's combined talent. Many artists of many trades live in the mountainous city. The city's economy is supported mostly by it's exports, which range from clothing to art, jewelry to food, and much, much more. Many say that the mountains themselves act as muses, and the air feeds creativity better than anywhere else in the world. Other large factors of the economy are mining, and tourism. The mountains are full of gold, copper, lead and zinc, as well as sapphire, lithium salts, gypsum, and limestone. Tourists can be assured shows and performances of all kinds, and at any time. Mountain tours and gift shops are littered throughout the city.

The people of Lohrith are mostly middle to high class. The northern part of the city is mostly abandoned, and the few buildings are used by squatters and homeless. Overall, though, people are happy, and live comfortably. The only thing out of place, is the city's gang, the Hellfire Syndicate. The history books state the town was started by the gang, once a great clan of mages, but now it's members are Fire Elementals, near immortal humans with the ability to control different types of flames. The past leader, Vincent Sinnova, tried not to let the activities of his group bother the locals too much, and runs many charities, always trying to better the city. As long as you don't cross the Syndicate, you might not even notice their presence. But if you play with fire, you're gonna get burned.

Unfortunately, Mr. Sinnova has gone missing and word of a new leader is catching quickly throughout the city. It is rumored that he plans to surpass Vincent Sinnova's ambitions. Only time will tell if this will hold true.
