I only have plots for if the girl is the human and the male is the demon.

Here are two, so I guess you can pick the one you like if you like either of them:

one day a normal girl becomes homeless and a stranger offers her his home (actually a shrine) and she also becomes the land goddess. She then meets A demon who becomes her familiar after she makes a contract with him by kissing him. He was angry at the start because he wanted freedom but soon he changes and start taking care of her since she is only a human she is very fragile and she is constantly in danger. He is always keeping an eye on her wherever she goes and he is afraid she will leave him one day.

Idea 2: The girl has trouble expressing her feelings to others, so when she moves to this building she is happy because she will finally be alone, but to her surprise the boy a half demon/half human welcomes her and becomes her secret agent without The girls agreeing, but he keeps on following her and calling himself her dog. He has been in love with her since a long time ago, even though the girl doesn't remember ever meeting him. Also tge girl and the residents of that building are desdendants of demons (but some don't know)
